After the thick fog dispersed, everyone discovered that Officer Yi Pan was dead, his body was hanging from the mast. This incident caused Gu Mengbin extreme panic.

He ordered his attendants to guard him closely, not leaving his side for a moment. Also because the informant was still lurking on the ship, it caused widespread panic. Eunuch Liu suspected that everyone might have ulterior motives, even threatening Di Renjie that if he still couldn't find the murderer, he would personally interrogate Cao An.
