Xing Wu and Li Lanfang returned home. Throughout the entire journey, Li Lanfang was in low spirits. Not wanting his mother to worry, Xing Wu comforted her, saying he had a way to solve the money issue. Li Lanfang's close friends, Yu Fen and Qian Qian, learned that the hair salon was in trouble. They immediately took the initiative to contact Li Lanfang, saying they could lend her some money to help her get through this.

Qing Ye had previously heard that the wealthy student in her class, Ye Yingjian, had applied for tutoring and would seemingly pay a tutoring fee.
