Zhou Linlin arrived at the office to discover that Fang Yuke had indeed become her new client. She pressed him on why he insisted on being her client, to which he initially replied it was for normal work operations. He then admitted he wanted to be her client because he liked her.
His only requirement, he stated, was for her to be his designer. When asked about design elements, he responded that he liked whatever she liked, because she was his favorite. Before delving into design, he first wanted to decide on their lunch plans. Zhou Linlin then noticed their colleagues outside the office were already gossiping about them.
At lunch, Fang Yuke treated Zhou Linlin and addressed her as "Master Zhou," a term she accepted despite his playful suggestion of "Engineer Zhou." He had already ordered all her favorite dishes. To discuss the company's packaging design, he presented her with an album of images, seeking her personal opinions. Zhou Linlin suggested an aquarium theme.

As they were about to share a kiss, Xie Ruixi swept her into his arms and carried her to the bed. The next morning, Fang Yuke drove Zhou Linlin to work, smiling as he saw Wen Tao's endorsement video. Inside the office, Zhu Li greeted Zhou Linlin with both good and bad news.
The good news was that their advertisement had become a trending topic, but the bad news was that within just two hours of its launch, a million units of the product had been booked, far exceeding their expectations and overwhelming the factory. Zhou Linlin then went to see Mr. Xiao, where she found Miss Qi also present. This success, Miss Qi explained, was the reason they decided to sign a full contract with Wen Tao for the endorsement. Zhou Linlin was surprised by this, worried about how much time a full contract would take from Wen Tao's training. As Mr. Xiao and Miss Qi departed, Mr. Xiao overheard the receptionist taking a call for Zhou Linlin about a meeting at the aquarium with Fang Yuke’s company. Mr. Xiao intervened, instructing the receptionist not to transfer the call, stating he would personally deliver the message to Zhou Linlin.
Meanwhile, Zhou Linlin found Wen Tao and urged him not to sign the full contract, explaining that it would consume too much of his time, potentially leaving him no time for basic training. She implored him to carefully consider his decision and not to abandon his career for anyone. She then confessed to Wen Tao that her heart already held no space for anyone else.
Since childhood, Fang Yuke had always been the most special person in her life; he had given her so much love, shaping her into the Zhou Linlin she was today, encompassing her entire youth. Wen Tao appeared deeply affected by her heartfelt words. Fang Yuke arrived at the aquarium, expecting a meeting, only to be met by Mr. Xiao. Fang Yuke, visibly nervous, agreed to go home with Zhou Linlin, who feigned ignorance of his tension. Upon opening the door, they were met by their mothers, who had arrived earlier as a "surprise."
Unaware of the intricate proposal decorations, the mothers had diligently "cleaned up" all the scattered candies and other items, mistaking them for rubbish. Fang Yuke was crestfallen. While the mothers settled in to watch TV, Fang Yuke discreetly huddled with Ding and Big Mouth, arranging yet another surprise, still trying to keep it a secret from Zhou Linlin. Growing impatient for the proposal, Zhou Linlin cleverly tampered with the Wi-Fi, prompting the mothers to finally retire for the night.
Once the mothers were asleep, Zhou Linlin quietly slipped out of her room. She noticed a banner on a building across from their apartment, displaying instructions. Following the directions, she made her way to Fang Yuke, who had prepared a romantic rooftop setting. He expressed his feelings, acknowledging his earlier, failed attempts and that she knew about them.
He poured out his heart, explaining how her arrival had transformed him from a "silly boy" who struggled with expression and love into someone who truly understood. He passionately compared his life without her to a binary system missing the digit '1' or a computer code lacking its main function. He asked her to plan their future together and promised to stay by her side forever. Taking out a ring, he formally asked, "Zhou Linlin, will you marry me?" Overwhelmed and deeply moved, Zhou Linlin tearfully accepted his proposal and the ring.
