"Best Enemy" apart from a few minor flaws, currently doesn't have any particularly glaring shortcomings. Overall, it passes.

Chen Kehai, portrayed by Gao Zhiting, exhibits a sunny and handsome side, and it's evident at first glance that he is the male lead. He comes across as intelligent, astute, and thoughtful, giving a warm and reassuring feeling. His acting is spot on.

Wang Sen, playing the role of Fang Li, successfully conveys a mysterious and unsettling atmosphere. There's no doubt that this character indeed stands out.

Chen Yao's character hasn't been fully revealed in the series yet, but in the early episodes, she effectively portrays a sense of innocence.

Chen Yao and Zhang Yue are really suitable for period dramas, they are totally gorgeous, with cheongsam dressing made yyds.
