An Yu was surprised when Shao Moli arrived at her doorstep to deliver cat food for Ice Cream. She quickly took the package, closed the door, and even slid a note through the gap, playfully reminding him that "Counterparts are strictly prohibited." Meanwhile, Shao Moli's "Sirius Finance" was experiencing a surge in customer traffic, in contrast to Zhuoyue's quiet branch.

One affluent woman, Ms. Fan, stormed out of Sirius Finance, irritated by the lengthy forms she was required to fill out. Zhuoyue's employees seized the opportunity to intercept her, but her rude and demanding demeanor proved challenging for them. An Yu stepped in and, with her unique approach, managed to secure a home service appointment with Ms. Fan for the following afternoon.

Despite warnings from her colleagues, particularly Xu Jingya, who cautioned that such clients could drain them dry and often refuse payment, An Yu decided to go. She reasoned that a pet owner couldn't be entirely heartless, though a colleague quickly pointed out that Ms. Fan's dog was also quite formidable. The next day, An Yu arrived at Ms. Fan's opulent Garden Villa.

Ms. Fan proved as difficult as expected, dismissing An Yu's financial product suggestions as unreliable, questioning Zhuoyue International's high-risk, high-reward nature, and expressing skepticism about large-denomination CDs. She then abruptly demanded that An Yu cook for her because her housekeeper was absent. While An Yu was in the kitchen, Ms. Fan got into a heated argument on the phone, fiercely declaring that her son and her house were hers and telling the other party to "leave now."

Still fuming, Ms. Fan turned her anger towards An Yu's vegetarian cooking, yelling at her to "get out." An Yu politely apologized and left. Just outside the villa, An Yu unexpectedly encountered Shao Moli. He explained that he was also in the area, diligently searching for clients as part of their friendly competition. They decided to share a cable car ride back.

Shao Moli revealed his affection for the cable car, seeing it as a constant amidst the city's ceaseless changes. He mused about what a slower-paced life would entail, to which An Yu painted a picture of coming home to the smell of dinner, children playing with their parents in the park, less digital dependency, and more time for friends. Shao Moli agreed, noting that with fewer desires, contentment is more easily found.

Later, they shared a meal at the same hotpot restaurant where Shao Moli had first treated An Yu during her interview with Zhuoyue. An Yu teased him about his newfound ability to handle spicy food, to which he playfully responded that he was still aspiring to become as "passionate, romantic, and fiery" as the people of Yuqing. An Yu then thoughtfully offered him some anti-diarrhea medication.

Afterward, as they walked, a subtle, special feeling seemed to quietly grow between them, unnoticed by either. The following morning, An Yu received a call from Zhou Min, who referred a promising new client currently overseas but expected to return next month for a potentially lucrative deal. However, Lailai dampened An Yu's spirits, revealing that the Chuanhe branch might face closure even before then.

It turned out Su Dayong had lost a five-star client, resulting in a complaint filed directly with the company headquarters. Xu Jingya vehemently chastised Su Dayong for his carelessness, while he could only offer apologies. An Yu, recalling how Su Dayong had often helped her, interjected to defend him, and Lailai urged Xu Jingya to ease up.

A colleague noted that the only way to save the branch was for Su Dayong to secure another client of equal magnitude by month's end, a seemingly impossible task. Determined to help her team, An Yu sought Shao Moli's advice on how to win over a challenging client like Ms. Fan. Shao Moli, after some initial hesitation, agreed to assist her, suggesting that sometimes a solution appears only after one commits to finding it.

Together, An Yu and Shao Moli returned to Ms. Fan's villa. Ms. Fan’s attitude was notably softer this time. Shao Moli professionally presented his analysis of her risk evaluation report. He detailed her family's assets, highlighting that her two houses, valued at ten million, were her husband's pre-marital property and partly mortgaged. He pointed out her son's impending overseas studies, which would require over a million, and her lack of fixed income, investment experience, or even commercial insurance.

Given her profile, he strongly recommended An Yu as the ideal investment advisor, emphasizing An Yu's ability to understand her needs and craft a suitable plan. Ms. Fan, suspicious of their synchronized approach, accused them of conspiring. Just then, delivery staff rushed in with distressing news: a painting, intended for her son's birthday celebration tomorrow, had been damaged during transport. Ms. Fan was distraught, explaining that this was her son's last birthday at home before leaving for college abroad.

Shao Moli, seeing her anguish, immediately offered to help restore the painting. Back at the studio, Shao Moli initially struggled with inspiration. An Yu encouraged him to think deeply and find it. He then took her hand and led her out, intent on finding inspiration. They went to a park where, as Shao Moli had anticipated, Yiyi's kindergarten class was having an Earth Day outing. Shao Moli knew that parents would not be present.

An Yu, however, hesitated to approach her daughter, still worried about a previous encounter with Mi Lu that left her feeling Yiyi might perceive her as a "bad person." She didn't want Yiyi to be caught in their adult conflicts. Understanding An Yu's reluctance, Shao Moli found a yellow duck mascot costume. An Yu donned the costume and, disguised, approached Yiyi, presenting her with a SpongeBob SquarePants balloon and a loving hug.

Returning to the painting, An Yu's deeply felt maternal emotions for Yiyi ignited their creative spark. The painting came to life under Shao Moli's hand. An Yu, impressed by his skill, asked when he learned to paint. He softly replied, "When I met you," subtly hinting at their shared childhood past. The completed painting transcended mere resemblance; it depicted Ms. Fan not as she was, but as the loving mother she aspired to be.

Deeply moved, Ms. Fan expressed her profound satisfaction and, without even reviewing the contract, declared her trust in An Yu and promptly signed it. An Yu, ever thoughtful, assured Ms. Fan that she would personally explain all the details later at her convenience. Back at the Chuanhe branch, the team erupted in cheers, celebrating An Yu's success in saving their store. Xu Jingya, however, quickly reminded An Yu to finalize the paperwork for the undertaker.

To everyone's surprise, An Yu presented the contract to Su Dayong and asked him to sign it as the undertaker. Despite her colleagues' protests, urging her not to hand over her hard-earned achievement, An Yu insisted. She explained that Lailai had helped her during her own difficult times, and she cherished the Chuanhe team. Emphasizing the power of unity, she stated that "three incompetent shoemakers are better than one Zhuge Liang," and that mutual support within the team was essential. Moved by her words, Su Dayong accepted. The team, reinvigorated and full of spirit, cheered once more, ready to face new challenges together.
