The Warden offered red tea to Xiao Lanlan and Guo Deyou, noting it was a foreign drink from his British friend. He mused that certain things suited certain people, implying the tea was for a distinguished guest like Xiao Lanlan. Guo Deyou found the sweetened tea unpalatable. Xiao Lanlan quickly got to the point, asking about the Special Needs Cell. The Warden assured her that the cell was made of special materials, regularly checked, and absolutely secure.

Guo Deyou inquired about the prisoner in this cell. The Warden explained that the inmate possessed "sorcery," with eyes capable of controlling others, which was why his eyes were kept covered by an iron mask. He claimed that only those with pure hearts and no distracting thoughts could resist the prisoner's power.

He recalled that a previous deaf and blind old man had delivered food without issue, but after his mysterious death, with his head missing, a little girl named A Shuang, with a pure and simple mind, was assigned the task. He was confident the prisoner couldn't use his powers with his eyes bound. Meanwhile, two police officers on duty decided to take a short break in the duty room. One noticed a locker door ajar.

Upon opening it, he discovered Huang Yu, who had used the Colored Door's Art of Soft Bones to escape from his cell by contorting his body into the small space. Huang Yu then swiftly and lethally attacked both officers. The Warden was called away due to an urgent matter, leaving Xiao Lanlan to continue her tea. Seizing the opportunity, Guo Deyou slipped away to investigate the prison.

Later, Captain Fu and Ding Mao arrived at Xiaoxiguan Prison, informing the Warden of their intent to interrogate Huang Yu. A police officer led them to Huang Yu's cell, only to find it empty. Ding Mao was exasperated, realizing Huang Yu's earlier display of madness was merely an act. He quickly learned about the two dead guards, murdered in the changing room, and deduced that Huang Yu was likely searching for the "Preacher" in the Special Needs Cell.

Captain Fu tried to dismiss their involvement, citing the extreme danger, but under pressure, the police officer reluctantly revealed the Special Needs Cell was downstairs, and the Warden had just gone there. Captain Fu threatened to arrest them for trespassing. Unaware of the unfolding chaos, the young girl, A Shuang, made her way through the dark cell block to deliver food to the Special Needs inmate.

The prisoner, a man with half-black, half-white hair and a long beard, whom the guards referred to as the "Little Immortal," found a steel wire in his meal. He discarded his iron mask, and A Shuang, peering through the food slot, was met with his intensely staring eyes. Guo Deyou discovered the bodies of the two police officers stuffed into a large cabinet in the changing room. The Warden reached the Special Needs Cell to find A Shuang collapsed outside.

As he bent to check on her, she suddenly grabbed his pistol, having been hypnotized by the psychic prisoner. A Shuang, under the prisoner's command, forced the Warden to look into the cell, and he too fell under hypnosis. The hypnotized Warden then began opening all the prison doors, releasing the inmates. Amidst the escalating riot, the Warden, having unleashed all the prisoners, pointed his service pistol to his throat.

A gunshot echoed, and blood sprayed from his neck as he took his own life. Supporting guards rushed in, clashing violently with the freed inmates. Guo Deyou and Ding Mao, seeking to hide their identities, quickly changed into inmate uniforms and blended into the chaotic crowd. Meanwhile, Xiao Lanlan found herself in grave danger. An escaped prisoner, who had managed to put on a guard's uniform, burst into the office where she was.

He cornered her, stating that after being locked up for so long, he desired only "freedom" and "women." Despite Xiao Lanlan's desperate cries and struggles, no one came to her aid as he began unbuttoning her clothes, her innocence seemingly on the verge of being shattered. At this critical moment, Ding Mao appeared. With a swift movement of his dissecting knife, he slashed the attacker's windpipe. He then untied Xiao Lanlan and covered her with a coat.

The wounded prisoner, fueled by a desire for revenge, grabbed an iron bar and ambushed Ding Mao, choking him. Drawing on her own recent ordeal and Ding Mao's perilous situation, Xiao Lanlan seized pens from a nearby holder and frantically stabbed the attacker's neck, severing an artery. The man collapsed, bleeding profusely, and Xiao Lanlan, her hands covered in blood, sank to the floor.

Back in the Special Needs Cell, Guo Deyou confronted the hypnotized A Shuang, who held the Warden's gun pointed at her own throat. The "Little Immortal," now visible, began to lay out a grim choice, claiming that everything was destiny. Guo Deyou realized it was hypnosis, but he didn't know how to break it. Ding Mao, observing the situation, identified the method as hypnosis, to which the "Little Immortal" interjected, stating his hatred for chains.

Ding Mao then suggested that A Shuang's hypnotized state seemed to be focused on "you" (singular), implying that if one of them left, she might not fire. The "Little Immortal" then explicitly detailed the choice: if Guo Deyou left, A Shuang would shoot herself; if he entered the cell to save her, she would shoot him. Ding Mao offered to leave and find help, stating his confidence in dealing with girls, and then he departed. Guo Deyou, taking a deep breath and deciding to gamble, stepped boldly into the Special Needs Cell. A piercing gunshot echoed from the darkness.
