Mrs. Chen repeatedly sends messages to Li Weiwei, expressing how much she misses her. Li Weiwei visits her in the hospital and gently informs Mrs. Chen that she and Chen Yidu are no longer together. Mrs. Chen is shocked and deeply upset, struggling to accept the separation. She reminds Li Weiwei how difficult it was for them to start a business and build their lives together, begging her not to leave her son.
As Li Weiwei tries to calm her, she trips over a chair and falls, hitting her head. Suddenly, vivid images flash through her mind: Mrs. Chen falling down stairs, and Chen Yidu looking at her with a hateful gaze. A nurse insists that Li Weiwei undergo a check-up. While waiting for the doctor, a flood of memories overwhelms Li Weiwei.
She remembers Chen Yidu holding her hand, guiding her as they drew designs, and his promise to create their wedding dress, "Beginner's Mind," for their marriage. She realizes with clarity that the person she truly loved before her amnesia was Chen Yidu, not Huo Xiao. Disregarding the nurse's advice, Li Weiwei rushes out of the hospital to confront Chen Yidu.
She intercepts his car, almost getting hit, and demands to know if he was the man she loved before she lost her memories. Hearing Fang Yalun's name sparks Li Weiwei's interest, and she decides to join Leo at the party. Earlier, D. U. and Ling Long were both vying for Fang Yalun's wedding gown design. Tiffany, D. U.' s chief designer, proudly presents her work, publicly implying a romantic relationship with Chen Yidu to win the client, declaring them "serious."
Li Weiwei, working for Ling Long, confronts Fang Yalun during a fitting, asserting that Fang Yalun is deliberately difficult because she is in love with her assistant, not her fiancé. Ling Long decides to withdraw from the competition. Later, Tiffany learns of Ling Long's departure and assumes her tactics with Chen Yidu were successful. Li Weiwei resolves to proceed with her wedding to Huo Xiao out of concern for his father's health, but she makes it clear to Huo Xiao that after the ceremony, they will lead separate lives. At Fang Yalun's party, Li Weiwei and Chen Yidu share a dance as the first couple. Chen Yidu tells her to forget the past now that she has committed to marrying Huo Xiao.
Li Weiwei retorts that while Huo Xiao lied to her, she cannot disregard his father's life. However, she holds Chen Yidu equally accountable for lying to her and deliberately stomps on his foot. At the same party, Tiffany tries to avoid Leo, but when fans mob him, she suddenly becomes possessive and protective of him. During the event, Li Weiwei publicly addresses Fang Yalun, expressing her envy for Fang Yalun having someone who loves her deeply.
She advises Fang Yalun that the most important thing is to find someone who loves her unconditionally, and that giving up true happiness due to others' opinions would be foolish. Fang Yalun is deeply moved by her words. Meanwhile, Mo Fan notices a significant change in Li Weiwei's personality, remarking that she has transformed from a shrewd "female demon" into a fearless and reckless individual.
