Ding Yiyuan was drinking alone in a bar when an unwelcome guest approached her. Just as she was about to take action, Cheng Zhouyu quickly intervened and eased the tension. Cheng comforted Ding, suggesting that maybe she didn't really like Ning Zhiqian, but rather just wanted people around her to be as excellent as she is. Ding refused to admit it and continued drinking.

During the brief moment when Cheng went outside to make a phone call, a man suddenly fainted. Ding immediately sobered up and rushed to give the man emergency treatment. She skillfully inserted a needle into his chest and after a while, the man woke up. Ding and Cheng then took him to the hospital and once they confirmed that he was okay, they left.

Xue Weilin went to visit her home and called Liuzheng to let her know that she would wait for her to come back. Suddenly, Ning Xiang ran over and told Liuzheng to blow out the candles. Xue, who was on the phone, couldn't help but feel surprised.

When Ning Zhiqian refused to make a wish on the candles, Ning Xiang suggested they play a game of truth or dare. Ning Zhiqian lost the first round and was punished by having to kiss Liuzheng. The atmosphere became awkward when Liuzheng and Ning Zhiqian exchanged a glance. Ning Zhiqian quickly asked Ning Xiang to change the punishment. Ning Xiang then asked Liuzheng if she had any questions for Ning Zhiqian. After thinking for a moment, Liuzheng asked if Ning Zhiqian thought she was a qualified doctor. He answered "yes" without much conviction, causing Liuzheng to roll her eyes. In the second round, Liuzheng lost and Ning Xiang asked her if she still liked Ning Zhiqian. She was caught off guard and after recalling many memories, she finally said, "no".

Ning Zhiqian and his brother were discussing something in a restaurant when they unexpectedly ran into Liuzheng and Xue Weilin. Ning Zhiqian was curious and took out his phone to record their every move. Xue Weilin then handed a wad of money to Liuzheng, saying something to her. The next day, Liuzheng gave the money to Cai Mama's daughter Juanzi. After receiving medical treatment, Cai Mama was recovering well and could be discharged soon. On the day of her discharge, Ning Xiang also came to see her off. When Juanzi saw Ning Xiang, she looked surprised. Later, she called Liuzheng to ask about Ning Xiang's situation. When Liuzheng seemed confused, Juanzi claimed that she only wanted to buy some clothes for her child as a gesture of goodwill.

The patient waited until Ding Yiyuan went to the bathroom and the patient in room 001 was discharged before running into the consultation room in a panic. He looked around carefully, made sure there was no one around, and then unbuttoned his shirt and asked Cheng Zhouyu to examine him. However, Ding Yiyuan came back at that moment. After a preliminary examination, it was found that the patient's chest had obviously increased in size and he had almost completely lost his sexual function.

After work that day, Ning Zhiqian rudely got into Liuzheng's car and claimed that Ruan's father had invited him to dinner at their home. They went home together and unexpectedly Xue Weilin was there too. Ruan's mother felt a bit embarrassed and hurriedly took Liuzheng into the kitchen to ask about the situation. Liuzheng could see at a glance that Ruan Lang was up to something behind his back. Ruan's mother couldn't help laughing, thinking that either of these two young men would make a good son-in-law.
