In fact, she knew this was all arranged by Lu Xun and understood Lu Xun's feelings for her, but Lu Xun always acted very cold on the surface. Qian Wei decided to force Lu Xun to admit this feeling. Lu Xun personally watched Qian Wei get into the car he had leased for a year, recalling his conversation with Old Tao.
Old Tao had also seen Lu Xun's silent devotion to Qian Wei and hoped Lu Xun could express it bravely so he wouldn't regret losing her one day. Mo Zixin wanted to invest in a movie, so she asked Lu Xun to come and provide some reference, looking at the drawbacks from a legal perspective. At the filming site, Mo Zixin was dissatisfied with the actors' performance in the courtroom scene. She suggested that Lu Xun, who had been in court, give a demonstration and that a kissing scene with the female lead should be added. She even offered to demonstrate it herself. Qian Wei quickly stopped her and changed the scene to a hug, explaining that kissing was not appropriate in a solemn courtroom setting.
Mo Zixin praised Qian Wei for her thoughtfulness and proposed that Qian Wei and Lu Xun give the demonstration, which made Qian Wei regretful, thinking she shouldn't have changed the kissing scene. Having finally hugged Lu Xun, Qian Wei was reluctant to let go. Lu Xun quietly reminded Qian Wei that she was trying to take advantage. The lighting technician lit up the lights again, asking the two to demonstrate once more.
Suddenly, a prop wall fell over, nearly hitting Qian Wei. Lu Xun, with quick reflexes, pulled Qian Wei into his arms to protect her. Afterwards, Qian Wei and Lu Xun suggested to Mo Zixin that they could not invest in this play because the safety was substandard and some employees lacked insurance, which could easily lead to future disputes.
But Mo Zixin had some sentimentality involved; she believed the poor props were due to insufficient investment and hoped to find a compromise. Qian Wei and Lu Xun also represented Mo Zixin in negotiating with President Han, stating that the current contract seemingly considered Mo Zixin's interests but was actually shifting responsibility. Therefore, they hoped to add supplementary clauses before signing. Lu Xun and Qian Wei played the "good cop, bad cop" routine, making President Han sweat profusely.
He could only repeatedly nod in agreement. Mo Zixin couldn't help but give them a thumbs-up in praise. Lu Xun drove Qian Wei back. When Qian Wei saw Mo Zixin not getting out of the car, intending to go with Lu Xun to discuss the plan, she urgently wanted to follow, but Lu Xun had already driven away.
Qian Wei suddenly saw the financial report in her bag and was excited, realizing she now had a reason to find Lu Xun. While Lu Xun was discussing the plan with Mo Zixin and lacking the financial report, he suddenly heard the sound of unlocking. Qian Wei opened the lock using the password she remembered from her dream, which surprised Lu Xun.

Mo Zixin felt that Lu Xun was trying hard to prevent Qian Wei from entering the study, suspecting there was something in the study he didn't want Qian Wei to see. Angrily, Mo Zixin opened the study door, and a dog ran out. This was the dog Qian Wei had won in a ring toss. Inside the room, Qian Wei was crying buckets, repeatedly thinking about everything between herself and Lu Xun. She hadn't known Lu Xun was allergic to dog fur, and because of it, she had even sent Lu Xun to the hospital. The two had sat on the bus together, listening to the same song simultaneously.
Lu Xun always silently liked and took care of Qian Wei because he knew Qian Wei had a boyfriend, so he could only bury this liking in his heart. When Qian Wei went for her interview, he watched from outside the window and told Old Tao that he only wanted Qian Wei.
While Qian Wei was unconscious, Lu Xun stayed in the room accompanying and taking care of her until Qian Wei woke up, when he saw Qian Wei hugging her boyfriend. Standing in the heavy rain, Lu Xun also really wanted to ask Qian Wei what she had seen in her dream, whether it was about him.
