After her exams, Xiaoman’s father suggested she join a study tour summer camp to experience new things, mentioning he had heard Zuo An already enrolled in one with a childhood sweetheart. Xiaoman quickly inquired about Zuo An’s departure, having already heard from nurses at their station that Zuo An was attending the camp with his childhood sweetheart, a girl who also took the college entrance examination this year.
Feeling a mix of disappointment and self-doubt, Xiaoman questioned why a childhood sweetheart would be special, reminding herself that she and Zuo An had been classmates since kindergarten and would continue to be for the next five years. Annoyed, Xiaoman retorted that it was his pig that had caused trouble first and that he should apologize.
Shen Chenyang, irked by her repeatedly calling his pet a "pig," continued to provoke her, challenging her to hit him and declaring that if she dared, he would make her his first girlfriend of the semester. Xiaoman, losing her temper, punched Shen Chenyang, causing his nose to bleed. She verbally lambasted him, calling him a "hoodlum" and "insane," and vowed to beat him every time she saw him bullying others.
Enraged, Shen Chenyang tried to retaliate by flying a drone to prank her, but Xiaoman punched it out of the air. As they prepared to escalate their fight, Zuo An appeared, quickly intervened, and led Xiaoman away. As they walked, Xiaoman tried to explain her actions. Zuo An cautioned her that physical violence solves nothing and suggested she might be better suited for a sports school than a medical one.
Just then, Zhan Yue arrived, grabbing Xiaoman's luggage from Zuo An and shooing Zuo An away. Zhan Yue then revealed to Xiaoman that Zuo An had a girlfriend, which brought back Xiaoman’s earlier memory of seeing Zuo An with his childhood sweetheart. After discussing Shen Chenyang's notorious reputation as a wealthy repeater known for pranks and playing with girls, their conversation shifted to their third roommate, Sun Anning. Xiaoman chided him for his excessive eating and for devouring most of the cold beef. Zhan Yue, annoyed by her sudden "ladylike" demeanor, retorted angrily and left. Xiaoman then thanked Zuo An for intervening earlier, and he gently reminded her that fighting was no longer acceptable, as they were in university, not high school.
After dinner, Zuo An and Xiaoman decided to take a walk around campus. As they chatted, Sun Anning approached Zuo An, affectionately mentioning she heard he was at the noodle shop and apologizing for making him wait all afternoon due to her rehearsal.
