Su Mang and Zheng Chu returned to Shanghai. The next morning, Zheng Chu came to deliver breakfast to Su Mang. Su Mang was wearing pajamas, disheveled, and groggily walked to the door. Just as she was about to open the door, she suddenly realized her appearance and quickly ran back into the house. She changed into a presentable outfit and put on her makeup before opening the door for Zheng Chu.
Zheng Chu teased Su Mang about her appearance right after waking up, asking if she was hiding someone in the house. Su Mang flusteredly took the breakfast and told Zheng Chu to leave quickly. After driving Zheng Chu away, Su Mang didn't understand what she was doing. While Su Mang was enjoying the delicious breakfast Zheng Chu brought, she heard Tang Guoguo knocking on Zheng Chu's front door.
Su Mang saw Tang Guoguo posing in various ways in front of Zheng Chu's house, secretly muttering that with her figure, any pose would look the same. Watching Tang Guoguo enter Zheng Chu's house, Su Mang couldn't suppress her curiosity. She wanted to know what these two single individuals were doing alone in a room. Perhaps Su Mang herself hadn't realized the subtle change in her attitude towards Zheng Chu.
In the morning, the two of them arrived at the office and heard colleagues gossiping about them sleeping in the same tent.
