The last military banner of the Mu Ru cavalry was burned and fell, causing Mu Ruhanjiang, who was imprisoned in a cage, to collapse in despair. Mu Rusu, arriving at Shangyang Pass on horseback, also watched the banner burn with profound sorrow. At the same time, Mr. Mo appeared, standing on Muyun Sheng's cage and challenging him to witness the demise of the Mu Ru family's three hundred years of glory.

Muyun Sheng, chained in an illusionary mirror, struggled but remained unresponsive to Mu Ruhanjiang's desperate calls to awaken him. Mr. Mo explained that even the bravest generals ultimately fall to court intrigues, and that brotherhood and shared power are mere jokes. True power, he claimed, belongs to one person alone and is built upon countless corpses and rivers of blood. Muyun Sheng, witnessing the Mu Ru's perceived injustice, wished to expose the truth to the world.

However, Mr. Mo asserted that the Mu Ru were not wronged but were, in fact, the true menace, as their efforts to maintain order and peace and their loyal support of the Muyun clan went against the will of the Xushen creator. Mr. Mo believed that only a world filled with ambition and war could truly be vibrant and dynamic. Muyun Sheng disagreed with Mr. Mo's greedy vision, fearing chaos for Kyushu without Mu Ru protection.

He declared his desire for strength to avenge his father, Muyun Qin, and his friend, Mu Ruhanjiang, vowing no mercy for those who harmed them. Mr. Mo, pleased by Muyun Sheng's resolve, urged him to fully awaken the Youyoumei within him, warning that only then would the world truly be plunged into misery. Meanwhile, Mu Rusu returned to Mu Ru Manor to find Mu Ruhanchan leading the entire family in resistance against the Muyun Silver Armored Army.

Relieved by his father's return, Mu Ruhanchan proposed uniting with Muyun Han in Han Province to force a rebellion. Upon learning that Muyun Hege was the soon-to-be-crowned Prince, Mu Rusu refused, believing such a rebellion would plunge the Muyun brothers into endless conflict, causing widespread war and suffering for the common people.

He believed the Mu Ru's sacred duty was to maintain world order and peace, and that their capture and death would secure lasting peace for the Daliang Dynasty, thus fulfilling their mission honorably. Despite Mu Ruhanchan's plea to preserve the Mu Ru bloodline, fearing annihilation if they surrendered, Mu Rusu, acknowledging the preciousness of each Mu Ru life, asserted that dying for Daliang's peace was not humiliation but a victory.

After seeking and receiving his family's tearful support, Mu Rusu led the Mu Ru clan to open their gates, surrender their weapons and armor, and become prisoners. In the palace, Muyun Hege and Empress Nanku Mingyi discussed the Mu Ru's fate. Still bitter over Mu Rusu's execution of the Nanku clan, Muyun Hege resolved to inflict a humiliating death upon the Mu Ru, whom he knew valued honor above life.

He decreed that all Mu Ru men would be exiled to Shang Province, the territory of the Kuafu, where they would be tormented by the Kuafu in an unwinnable battle and ultimately die in agony, never to return to Zhong Province. Before their exile, the men would be forced to witness the execution of their women and children by imperial law, making them taste the same defeat and despair he had once endured.

In Wan Province, Muyun Luan confessed to Mu Rupan that he had never truly loved her, and acknowledged that she had never truly loved him either. Mu Rupan, who had married Muyun Luan to preserve the Daliang regime and fulfill the Mu Ru mission, reiterated her unwavering commitment to her family's duty, declaring that as long as a single Mu Ru life remained, Muyun Luan's rebellious ambitions would fail.

Muyun Luan, claiming he would not rebel but would instead become Daliang's hero, then tragically killed Mu Rupan with his sword. Over her lifeless body, he declared his intention to lead his troops to Tianqi, using the pretense of avenging her death and finding those who framed the Mu Ru clan, particularly Muyun Hege.

After being informed by a butler that his army was assembled, Muyun Luan ordered their immediate deployment, asserting that Wan Province's army was the only loyal force capable of saving the empire and that he would rewrite Daliang's history to become the King of Kyushu. Once alone, Muyun Luan wept over Mu Rupan's body, surprised by his own unexpected regret for killing his wife of many years.

Outside Tianqi City, Mu Ruhanjiang, suspended from the city gate, watched in horror as Mu Ru cavalry generals were beheaded one by one. Below, Mu Ruhanchan furiously vowed revenge for the fallen, even if not by his hand, then by his descendants. A Mu Ru boy, Mu Ruhanchan's son, managed to run from the Silver Armored Army to his father, pleading to leave with him.

At this point, the Silver Armored Army brought all Mu Ru women and children to the city gate, intending to execute them on the spot. This command, which defied the 300-year-old Mu Ru rule against killing women and children, ignited a fierce outrage among the Mu Ru soldiers, who refused to let their loved ones die before their eyes.

Mu Ruhanjiang, watching from the gate, was consumed by fury as he saw resisting soldiers injured and the women and children brought to their deaths. Mu Ruhanchan's leg was cut off by the Silver Armored Army, and other Mu Ru soldiers clamored to rebel.

As Mu Rusu hesitated, Muyun Hege's voice echoed from the city gate, reiterating his order for the Mu Ru to go to Shang Province and fight the Kuafu, promising their return to Zhong Province if they succeeded. His soldiers pleaded with Mu Rusu not to heed Muyun Hege, awaiting his command to draw their swords and rebel.

However, Mu Rusu rose and declared that order was the paramount principle for maintaining world peace, and that the Mu Ru's duty was to uphold that order. He forbade resistance, ordering his soldiers to accompany him to Shang Province. He asserted that while Mu Ru lives were precious, breaking order to survive was their shame; the world could exist without Mu Ru people, but not without the story of the Mu Ru clan. Tearfully, the Mu Ru clan surrendered and prepared for exile. Shuofeng Heye and the captive Hanshan arrived outside Tianqi City, witnessing the entire tragic spectacle, leaving Hanshan greatly melancholic.
