Master Wangyou urged Wu Xin to rely on himself and move forward, no matter what choices he made. He must always remember his true heart and never look back. With those final words, Wangyou's figure faded into nothingness. Tang Lian and his companions arrived at the foot of the mountain on horseback, witnessing a radiant golden light from the Grand Brahma Temple—the sign of the Buddhist sixth divine power: "Exhausting All Desires.

" Though the body dies, the spirit remains until the last worldly attachment vanishes. When Wu Xin emerged from the temple, he swept his robe and regained his composed and elegant demeanor, as if he had completely forgotten about sobbing on the ground like a child moments earlier. Xiao Se and Lei Wujie believed Master Wangyou had mastered the profound mysteries of Buddhism, but had overlooked one thing: the road ahead, which they would now walk with Wu Xin.

The three walked out of the temple shoulder to shoulder. One wore red, brighter than snow, with a clear gaze; another, dressed in white, smiled faintly; the last was pondering how to redeem his thousand-gold coat. Outside the temple, six black-clad swordsmen stood in formation. Master Dajue sat cross-legged at the head, eyes closed and silent, until Lei Wujie introduced himself a fourth time.

Xiao Se and Wu Xin calmly watched, discussing how Lei Wujie might break the formation—but before they finished, the six had formed the Arhat Formation. Sensing the change, Wu Xin quickly pulled Lei Wujie out. Lei Wujie blinked and found himself beside Xiao Se—the person now in the center of the formation was Wu Xin. Master Dajue finally spoke to Wu Xin, still not opening his eyes.

Wu Xin conjured a vajra bell to trap the six, and within moments, their screams echoed. If the illusion did not break soon, they would certainly die. Master Dajue, having mastered the Diamond Body, opened his fierce eyes and struck at Wu Xin with the fully-powered Great Tathagata Palm. Tang Lian hesitated at the doorway, unsure how to act. Fortunately, Wang Rensun enlightened him, helping him see his true intentions.

Just as Master Dajue was about to kill Wu Xin, Tang Lian intervened. But the master, overcome by madness, lost his usually kind expression and struck ruthlessly, overwhelming everyone present. Seizing the moment, Wu Xin used a technique akin to the Art of Dissolving Power and abolished his own cultivation, naming it “Compassion for All. ” Master Dajue regained clarity and came to his senses, choosing to let go of past grudges and departing slowly with his disciples.

Yet no sooner had this conflict ended than Wushuang City came to stir up trouble, led by Lu Yuzhai and Wushuang. As Wushuang called out the names of her swords, four blades flew toward Tang Lian’s group, entangling them in battle. Though Xiao Se could not use inner power, his mastery of lightfoot skills kept him unharmed. The others, however, were in danger.

Tang Lian, Sikong Qianluo, and Monk Wuchan were exhausted from battle; Wu Xin had lost his powers; even Lei Wujie was not confident in victory. Wu Xin stood frozen, repeating the phrase “A thought becomes a demon, a thought becomes a Buddha. ” Suddenly, he approached Xiao Se, who, through adversity, had awakened to the Six Divine Powers. Lei Wujie felt both envious and disheartened.

He had believed himself a young hero destined to conquer the martial world, only to realize there were always stronger opponents. Up until now, it had been understandable—after all, the likes of Lord Ming and Lady Yue were veteran warriors. Wu Xin was a rare martial genius, one in a hundred years. But now, even this youth before them could control five flying swords at once, leaving Tang Lian of Xueyue City at a loss.

Sensing Lei Wujie's discouragement, Xiao Se reminded him not to forget the Fire Burn Technique and assured him that the number one of their generation would emerge from among them. Due to Wu Xin’s severe injuries, he should not have continued fighting. Taking advantage of the moment, Wushuang launched another flurry of attacks. Xiao Se, seeing Wu Xin at his limit, muttered “not good” under his breath.

Lei Wujie rushed forward to shield Wu Xin, and it was this act that ultimately saved both their lives. Wushuang, impressed by Lei Wujie’s loyalty and righteousness, withdrew her swords and said she would not pursue the matter further today. She hoped Lei Wujie would one day become famous and come challenge her again. Lei Wujie agreed without hesitation. Wushuang closed her sword case and turned to look at her senior brother Lu Yuzhai, announcing a ceasefire.

But Lu Yuzhai refused to back down. At that critical moment, a black-gold spear descended from the sky, tearing through the heavens with a roar like a dragon’s cry or a tiger’s roar, signaling the arrival of someone extraordinary.
