Wei Chu instructed Piaopiao from the car as she stepped out, initially hesitant to reveal her Taijiquan skills, remembering her grandfather’s warnings. However, she resolved to fight, knowing Wei Chu’s injury was her responsibility. Tan Lin, recognizing her as the Masked Woman, conceded that his subordinates were no match for her and stepped forward to confront her himself, acknowledging her powerful hidden skills. Piaopiao, in turn, accepted his challenge, declaring she would showcase her abilities.

With Wei Chu’s precise guidance from the sidelines, such as directing her to "lure him into an empty space" and execute "real-to-virtual transformation," Piaopiao quickly overpowered Tan Lin, defeating him in just two minutes and forty seconds. Defeated but unyielding, Tan Lin threatened to expose Piaopiao’s identity as the Masked Woman. Wei Chu calmly provided Piaopiao with a brush, which she playfully used to draw on the faces of Tan Lin and his team, taking photos to ensure their silence.

Piaopiao then drove Wei Chu home in Tan Lin's car. On the way, Wei Chu expressed concern about visiting her home unannounced, but Piaopiao assured him her grandfather was welcoming. She attempted to call her grandfather, mentioning she was bringing a friend home, but her phone battery died before she could specify it was a male friend. Upon arrival, Piaopiao worried her grandfather might be upset, but he greeted them warmly, complimenting Wei Chu's handsome appearance.

However, when Wei Chu introduced himself, Feng Bingxing quickly deduced he was the current leader of Wei's Taijiquan. He then discreetly sent Piaopiao away to warm up some braised pork, an excuse to speak with Wei Chu privately. During Piaopiao’s absence, Wei Chu confirmed his identity and hinted at the past connections between their families, noting his grandmother had spoken of Feng Bingxing.

Meanwhile, Piaopiao received a call from Xiao Xiao, who informed her that news had spread about her leaving Wei Chu’s villa, making her the "public enemy" of female students, and that Jin Rou had issued a challenge. Xiao Xiao also recounted how she had met Bai Haiyang when her bicycle tire went flat, and he had chivalrously taken her to the hospital.

She had then feigned interest in learning Taijiquan to get his WeChat, succeeding only after mentioning Piaopiao and Wei Chu’s supposed "scandal." At dinner, Feng Bingxing enthusiastically served Wei Chu, playfully chiding Piaopiao for her lack of cooking skills while revealing that Wei Chu had tasted her cooking. This led Feng Bingxing to assume Wei Chu and Piaopiao were romantically involved, an assumption Piaopiao vehemently denied, though Wei Chu’s further explanation only fueled the misunderstanding.

Piaopiao offered to do the dishes, but Feng Bingxing, deeming Wei Chu a guest and injured, insisted that Wei Chu should not perform such tasks. Piaopiao then took responsibility, clearing the table and urging Wei Chu and her grandfather to move to the living room to talk. Feng Bingxing informed Piaopiao upon her return that he had agreed to her apprenticeship under Wei Chu.

Despite Piaopiao’s initial reluctance, Feng Bingxing emphasized the immense opportunity to learn the true essence of Wei family Taijiquan from its leader. Piaopiao, out of filial respect, performed a formal apprenticeship ceremony, reading a traditional letter of discipleship. After the ceremony, Wei Chu explained that this was a simplified version, as his decision to take on a disciple was made suddenly and on his own.

He promised a more formal ceremony when the time was right and requested that both Feng Bingxing and Piaopiao keep the apprenticeship a secret for now. Piaopiao, still expressing her feigned reluctance, asserted she was only doing it to honor her grandfather. Feng Bingxing then invited Wei Chu to stay the night, eager to share stories about Piaopiao’s childhood.

He showed Wei Chu treasured items, including a silver lock from Piaopiao’s parents, who he clarified were working abroad (a misunderstanding Wei Chu had), and childhood photos. Feng Bingxing recounted how Piaopiao's beauty led to her being bullied, prompting him to teach her Taijiquan. Afterward, she became the one doing the bullying, with other parents frequently complaining about her actions. Wei Chu chuckled, recognizing her fierce spirit. Piaopiao, embarrassed, interrupted her grandfather and urged him to go to bed.

Later, Piaopiao, after some internal debate, offered her bedroom to Wei Chu due to his injury, reminding him to take off his shoes. As she left, Wei Chu mused to himself, wondering when she would truly understand his intentions. The next morning, Piaopiao woke up with a stiff neck from sleeping on the sofa and asked "Grandpa" for a massage, only to discover it was Wei Chu. He had been up since seven, helping her grandfather make breakfast.

Feng Bingxing playfully scolded Piaopiao for sleeping late. Piaopiao and Wei Chu then said their goodbyes to Feng Bingxing. Wei Chu instructed Piaopiao to park Tan Lin's car in an illegal parking zone near the school, claiming the car had found its "home." Piaopiao echoed his words, and shortly after they left, a police officer ticketed the car. Meanwhile, Tan Lin, furious over his failed plan, received an anonymous call from someone claiming to be "The Sect Leader."

The caller mocked Tan Lin for his inability to defeat even an injured Wei Chu, questioning his competence. Tan Lin argued he at least made an attempt. The Sect Leader, reminding Tan Lin of their shared, deep-seated hatred for the Taiji lineage, declared he had his own plans and would not give up, vowing to reclaim what was his.
