The young girl with a dream of oil painting, Yuan Qian was transferred to the sculpture department. In order to pass the departmental transfer test, she tried her best but eventually failed because of the male lead.
Qin Shen, a straight, cool school hunk who aspired to be a sculptor, was very popular on campus because of his good looks. But he gradually changed himself after meeting Yuan Qian.
The meeting of them was like a chemical reaction. For a long single, they were full of disdain for love but surprisingly started a hilarious love mode.
After experiencing many misunderstandings, challenges and crises, they recognized their hearts and approached their dreams step by step.

Episode 1 Recap
Yuan Qian, a freshman in the Sculpture Department at Xuanzhou University, had two wishes during her university years: one was to transfer to the Oil Painting Department, and the other was to get rid of her lifelong single status. As a top student, Yuan Qian had just finished studying and returned to her dorm room to pick up a deck of poker cards when she encountered the disciplinary team's dorm check. She was immediately labeled as participating in gambling.
Her classmate Qin Shen took photos of Room 403 with a serious expression as evidence. Qin Shen, with his handsome looks, became the dream of ten thousand girls across the school. He also became the unreachable number one with his aloof demeanor that kept girls away. Because of their names, they became the "Deep Love, Shallow Fate"(Qing Shen Yuan Qian) that their classmates teased them about.
From this day on, the two who had no previous interactions began to grow closer. On the day of the department transfer exam, it happened to coincide with the Sculpture Department's course selection, and the school's internet speed guaranteed she wouldn't be able to select a class. Episode 2 Recap
Yuan Qian opened the door connecting the men's and women's bathhouses and entered the men's bathhouse. The male students shouted "pervert!" Episode 3 Recap
Yuan Qian saw the things Ling Wei dropped. Qin Shen asked Yuan Qian to return them to Ling Wei. On the playground, Luo Xinxin and Yuan Qian cornered Song Siyi and asked him why he didn't admit to the online relationship ambiguity. Song Siyi explained that the jacket he was wearing was given to him by Cheng Hao because Cheng Hao didn't wear it anymore, and that he played games by himself.
Luo Xinxin and Yuan Qian realized that Song Siyi's account might have been hacked. Ling Wei came to the sculpture classroom and asked Qin Shen if he had seen her dance shoes. Yuan Qian immediately returned the shoes to Ling Wei. Yuan Qian came to Song Siyi to apologize because she had misunderstood him. She admitted that she had been prejudiced against Song Siyi before, and generously extended her hand, saying, "Let's officially be friends."
Song Siyi looked at Yuan Qian, who was puffed up with anger and ready to stand up for her friend, and her figure overlapped with the image of the little girl in his memory. It was almost time to inspect the sculpture, but there was a problem with the paint. The senior students pushed the responsibility onto Yuan Qian, who bought the paint.

Yuan Qian couldn't get through when she called Qin Shen. In order to grab Qin Shen's phone, Chen Qinan got his head stuck in the bed railing. In the end, only the fire department uncles could rescue them. When Yuan Qian called, her roommate hung up on her. Between Ling Wei, who injured her face, and Yuan Qian, who bumped her head, Qin Shen could only help Ling Wei first. Qin Shen was anxious to return to the classroom to see Yuan Qian. Yuan Qian just happened to run into Ling Wei tearfully pleading with Qin Shen. Qin Shen saw the mud print and discovered Yuan Qian. Ling Wei awkwardly ran away.
Yuan Qian teased Qin Shen, saying that at this moment, as the male lead, he should chase after her. Qin Shen said he didn't like Ling Wei.
