Zheng Zhong, a member of the Special Training Team and Qu Bo's former comrade, approached Qu Bo, expressing his concern about Qu Bo's struggles in Blue Lightning. Wu Jie questioned Third Brother's identity, complaining that he had never shown up. Wu Mei revealed that Third Brother had been with them all along, pointing to Zhu, the butcher. They confirmed that S Group was indeed planning to assassinate Chairman Ozzie and that Wu Mei, a world-renowned free-fighting champion, was likely involved. Qin Guan presented a detailed security plan developed in cooperation with various departments, covering hotel assistance, evacuation routes, and overall security. Blue Lightning members, including Qin Guan and Ning Meng, would infiltrate the hotel under fictitious identities, posing as organizing committee members and hotel staff in key areas, while plainclothes police provided additional security.

The terrorists exchanged information, confirming the police and armed police deployment was very tight, with constant changes in personnel and posts.
