Shen Yi, who was on a video call with Meng Hui, heard someone knocking on the door, picked up his phone, and went to open it. Unexpectedly, it was Xu Xingyao, who had moved into the apartment across from Shen Yi. Drunk Xu Xingyao, taking advantage of her intoxication, played coy and said she couldn't reach the zipper of her clothes, asking Shen Yi to help her.

Xu Xingyao now lived across from Shen Yi, where they couldn't avoid seeing each other. Xu Xingyao, wearing sexy pajamas, came to Shen Yi's place to borrow vinegar, saying she didn't have any for her dumplings. Meng Hui was displeased but didn't show it.
She messaged Wei Lei about this in the bathroom. Wei Lei wasn't stupid; she instantly saw what Xu Xingyao was up to and told Meng Hui to go to Xu Xingyao's place to borrow dumplings. Shen Yi knocked on the opposite door, and Xu Xingyao came to open it.
