Han Jingmo led Lu Wanwan to the staircase, inquiring why she sought out Jiang Mingshu. Lu Wanwan explained her desire to alleviate their strained mother-son relationship, hoping that seeing him unhappy would prompt a reconciliation and bring him joy. Han Jingmo suggested they marry, which he believed would make him happy, but Lu Wanwan felt their current social standing was too disparate.
She expressed a wish to only marry him when she believed she was worthy, then made a series of fervent vows to never abandon him. To her dismay, the universe seemed to conspire against her, as lights flickered out, pipes burst, and thunder roared mid-oath. Amused, Han Jingmo dismissed her vows as "feudal superstition" and then took her to his room to watch a horror movie.
Lu Wanwan, terrified, immediately begged him to stop, promising to "swear seriously and be an honest person," and reiterated her vow of unwavering loyalty, finally appeasing him. Later, in the game, Lu Wanwan and Han Jingmo encountered Young Master of the Tang Sect. Young Master proudly shared that Chu Qianlan's combat power had dramatically increased, thanks to his help with power-leveling.
Han Jingmo, in his Ink White persona, stood still allowing Lu Wanwan, as Chu He, to defeat him, much to Young Master's annoyance, who complained about their excessive public displays of affection and Ink White's tendency to prioritize his girlfriend over his friends. Young Master then proposed a duel between Chu Qianlan and Chu He. Although Chu He won, she was impressed by Chu Qianlan's rapid improvement in such a short time.
However, Lu Wanwan and Han Jingmo noticed that Chu Qianlan's movements were remarkably similar to Time Flies Flower Blooms's, leading them to suspect Chu Qianlan was merely a smurf account of the latter. Fearing Chu Qianlan was manipulating Young Master's feelings, Lu Wanwan proposed a fake breakup with Ink White to lure Chu Qianlan into exposing herself.
To execute their plan, Lu Wanwan orchestrated an elaborate in-game public argument, making it appear as if Ink White was desperately begging Chu He for forgiveness, kneeling and calling her his "goddess." Other players reacted with disbelief, questioning if Ink White's account had been hacked, having never witnessed such behavior from him. Lu Wanwan, maintaining Chu He's stern facade, declared the breakup, while Chu Qianlan, observing the scene, allowed a subtle smile to cross her face.
Han Jingmo then used Ink White's account to post a public request for the "access to Between Xing Yuan" pass at a high price. Soon after, Chu Qianlan, who was indeed Time Flies Flower Blooms, added him as a friend and offered the pass, revealing during Ink White's live stream that she had it on "another account"—her main account, Time Flies Flower Blooms. This public confession, witnessed by hundreds of thousands, exposed her true identity.
Players immediately mocked her, recalling how she had deliberately abandoned Young Master at their in-game wedding, revealing her true intentions were to pursue Ink White. Following the revelation, players throughout the game began to chase Chu Qianlan. Ink White intervened, trapping her. Under pressure, Chu Qianlan finally confessed her real-life identity as Yan Shengkai, admitting she had always loved Han Jingmo.
She revealed she had discovered his game account long ago and used the Time Flies Flower Blooms name to approach him in the game. Unmoved by her confession, Han Jingmo, as Ink White, told her plainly that he would never have loved her, even without Chu He, especially since he had already found Chu He. He warned Yan Shengkai he would kill her every time he saw her in the game, before executing her in a swift move.
The exposure of Yan Shengkai's actions quickly went viral on social media, leading to widespread cyberbullying. Young Master of the Tang Sect, having recovered from the betrayal, initiated a video call with Han Jingmo and Lu Wanwan. During the call, he expressed his astonishment upon realizing that Ink White was none other than Han Jingmo, and Chu He was Lu Wanwan, declaring that he never expected them to be real-life superstars.
As the group conversed, they noticed "Top Star of Lu" was absent. Lu Wanwan urged him to join the call. Lu Guanghan, taking his time, underwent an elaborate grooming session, insisting on looking his best for the meeting. When he finally joined, Young Master was taken aback by Lu Guanghan's handsome appearance, jokingly remarking that he was "over handsome" and should be called "Top Star of Brother Lu."
However, shortly after Lu Guanghan joined, Gu Qiaobei, who had been on the call, abruptly went offline and blocked Lu Guanghan. Lu Wanwan stressed that Han Jingmo had done nothing wrong and that Jiang Mingshu's past actions had been unfair and heartless towards him. She implied that Jiang Mingshu knew why Han Jingmo struggled with their scene that day. Lu Wanwan also mentioned Han Jingmo's rare blood type and his previous blood donation to a teenager, revealing her strong belief that this boy was Jiang Mingshu's other son. Jiang Mingshu's reaction suggested this was indeed true.
Lu Wanwan concluded by emphasizing how much Han Jingmo had sacrificed for her and her family, stating that even if Jiang Mingshu did not care for him, she did, and she hoped Jiang Mingshu would stop causing him distress. Later, Jiang Mingshu approached Han Jingmo and placed a fruit-flavored candy in his hand. She reminisced about the day she left, when he, as a small boy, had given her a candy of the very same flavor. She revealed that she had continued to eat that specific type of candy ever since. Han Jingmo acknowledged the memory, confirming it was still his favorite flavor.
