Bai Cao, deeply missing Senior Ruo Bai, wept as she voiced her belief that he was still alive but wondered why he hadn't returned. Ting Hao, watching her sleep peacefully beside him in the car, reflected on his desire to protect her in Ruo Bai's stead.
At the same time, Chang An was tormented by a nightmare from his past, reliving the moment his former teammate, Shui Chen Zhou, intentionally attacked his already injured leg during a competition, declaring himself "the strong one" and leaving Chang An permanently disabled. The next morning, Bai Cao awoke in a panic, realizing she was late for morning practice.
Ting Hao called Shen Bo to pick them up, but not before advising Bai Cao to keep her distance from Chang An. Back at Song Bai Hall, Bai Cao learned from Xiao Ying that Chang An had waited the entire night for her return, his presence radiating a palpable anger that had led him to cancel morning practice. Following Xiao Ying's advice to appease him, Bai Cao approached Chang An with medicine.
Their conversation was tense as Chang An pointedly noted the time of her absence versus her arrival. Though he initially rejected the medicine and tried to push her out, he accidentally caught her arm in the closing door. Seeing her pain, Chang An immediately pulled her back inside, took the medicine, and gently applied it to her injured arm himself.
He sternly warned her that if she wished to continue training under him, she must never again leave with anyone else during practice. A brief, silent acknowledgment later signified their reconciliation. Soon after, Ting Hao made a dramatic entrance at Song Bai Hall, declaring himself the new coach. This decision had earlier caused a furious confrontation with Ting Yi, who was enraged to learn his motive was Bai Cao.
Ting Hao, however, had merely promised Ting Yi 24/7 availability for her before departing. At Song Bai, Chang An challenged Ting Hao's professionalism, criticizing him for abandoning Xian Wu Hall to pursue a girl. Ting Hao countered that all of Yuan Wu Dao was one family and then publicly proclaimed his affection for Bai Cao, stating his intention to pursue her.
Despite Bai Cao's attempts to send him back to Xian Wu, the other students enthusiastically welcomed him, resulting in both Ting Hao and Chang An becoming coaches. Xiao Ying and Bai Cao later discussed how to manage Ting Hao's persistent declarations. While talking with Guang Ya, Ting Hao admitted that Bai Cao consistently viewed him only as a friend. Seizing the moment, Guang Ya confessed her feelings for him. Unbeknownst to them, Xiao Ying and Bai Cao overheard.
Xiao Ying mistakenly believed Ting Hao had accepted Guang Ya's confession, happily concluding that Bai Cao's romantic dilemma was resolved. However, Ting Hao gently turned down Guang Ya, explaining he valued her friendship with Bai Cao too much to cause any misunderstanding between them. Guang Ya, though heartbroken and admitting she envied Bai Cao, understood that Bai Cao was Ting Hao’s priority.
Later that evening, Bai Cao, still under the impression that Ting Hao and Guang Ya were a couple, congratulated him, deeming them a perfect match. Ting Hao, exasperated by Bai Cao's obliviousness but seeing an opportunity to remain at Song Bai, reluctantly played along. He then asserted his authority over Bai Cao's training, stating his primary reason for staying was his disdain for Chang An.
The following day, Ting Hao and Guang Ya decorated the training hall with balloons and flowers, hoping to create a relaxing environment. Chang An, displeased, ordered their removal, leading to a heated argument with Ting Hao that was only diffused by Xiao Ying's intervention. During training, the two coaches clashed again, one insisting on frog jumps, the other on barbells. To halt their bickering, Bai Cao resolved to perform both exercises simultaneously.
Later, Xiao Ying, on a phone call, mentioned Ting Hao and Guang Ya were dating, but then she overheard Ting Hao apologizing to Guang Ya for allowing Bai Cao to believe they were a couple. Guang Ya, though hurt by the situation, affirmed her willingness to help him.
Ting Hao then made Xiao Ying promise not to reveal the truth to Bai Cao, threatening that if she did, he would leave Song Bai and Chang An would "train them to death," while he himself would lose his chance to be near Bai Cao. Xiao Ying, though reluctantly, agreed. That night, Guang Ya approached Bai Cao, asking to be taught the Whirlwind Triple Kick.
Xiao Ying voiced skepticism about Guang Ya's ability, but Bai Cao, noting that the move originated from Senior Ruo Bai and was not a secret, agreed to share it, carefully explaining the technique's reliance on waist strength and leg control for aerial kicks. Guang Ya, despite her struggles, remained determined to master it. Bai Cao's consecutive victories in the Pretty Girls Tournament brought her widespread fame, attracting media and endorsement offers. Ting Hao arranged an interview for her.
During the session, he deftly navigated questions about his coaching and his move to Song Bai. The other students, led by Xiao Ying, began to cheer loudly for Bai Cao, further enraging Ting Yi. In a fit of uncontrolled fury, Ting Yi lashed out with a kick aimed at Xiao Ying.
