Synopsis
In 1995, smuggler Lu Shaohua loses everything overnight, only to discover the immense profits of a new drug - methamphetamine. Seduced by greed, he becomes a drug manufacturer. Meanwhile, undercover narcotics officer Lin Qiangfeng concludes his covert mission and transfers to Xigang Anti-Drug Task Force to investigate drug trafficking leads.
Over the following years, Lin leads his team in this anti-drug crusade while Lu expands his operations globally, forging alliances with international drug lords and growing increasingly ambitious. Ultimately, Lin and his fellow officers fulfill their duty by dismantling Lu's sophisticated drug network.
