After the barrier disappeared, Li Xiaoyao led everyone into the cave first. Tang Yu and A Nu walked to the first checkpoint. Hearing A Nu hum a lively tune, Tang Yu felt a sense of deja vu. He thought back carefully and realized that when he was six years old, wandering and begging, he was bullied by a group of children, and a little girl came to his rescue. The little girl was humming the same tune at that time.

Tang Yu asked for the name of the tune. A Nu explained that she made it up herself and had been singing it since childhood. Tang Yu finally confirmed that the little girl who saved him when he was six years old was A Nu. Having developed feelings for each other along the way, he could no longer hide his inner feelings and hugged A Nu tightly.

Although A Nu also had feelings for Tang Yu, she didn't know why he was acting so suddenly. Tang Yu prepared to reveal his true identity but hesitated for a moment and changed his mind. He said that he would stay at the cave entrance and told A Nu to be sure to be careful.

Zhao Ling'er walked down from the stone statue altar, stating that she had just seen the Wizard Queen in a divine vision, but she was unable to revive her. Furthermore, after seeing her for the last time, the Wizard Queen's final spirit had dissipated and returned to Nuwa's embrace. Elder Shi became vigilant. He had just learned that the information he had gathered was a lie. Seeing that Tang Yu was not present, he asked A Nu.

As early as when they checked into the inn, Elder Shi had felt that Tang Yu was being secretive when he went out to patrol. After speaking, a fierce battle ensued. Li Xiaoyao and Zhao Ling'er joined forces, but they could not injure Chief Bai Yue at all. After A Nu approached, Chief Bai Yue loudly announced that A Nu's task was complete and prepared to strangle her. Tang Yu rushed over from the side to save A Nu. Elder Shi fought bravely but also lost his life at the hands of Chief Bai Yue.

After Chief Bai Yue left, Gai Luojiao diagnosed that A Nu's internal organs were severely damaged and she had to return to Nanzhao immediately for treatment by her master, Saint Aunt. Zhao Ling'er ordered Tang Yu and Gai Luojiao to take A Nu back to Nanzhao while she would go find the Five Spirit Orbs.

Gai Luojiao pulled Tang Yu aside and said that A Nu might not make it back to Nanzhao and that her injuries had to be stabilized first with Heavenly Fragrance Life Sustaining Dew. However, Heavenly Fragrance Life Sustaining Dew required a medicinal primer, which was the heart blood of an adult male. Without thinking, Tang Yu put the Golden Silkworm Gu into his own body, not caring even if he would endure excruciating pain.

Zhao Ling'er took the Spirit Pearl and eagerly searched for the Five Spirit Orbs. Li Xiaoyao comforted Zhao Ling'er not to put too much pressure on herself and said that he would be by her side no matter what happened. Lin Yueru's leg was injured, and Zhao Ling'er quickly healed her using her power. Chief Bai Yue prepared to activate the Water Demon Beast to help him rule the world.

In another cave, Bao Pu reported to Taoist Mu that he had found the Peach Blossom Branch. Taoist Mu imparted the energy of the Wind Spirit Orb to Bao Pu and instructed him to retrieve the Peach Blossom Branch as soon as possible. Li Xiaoyao and the two others walked into a foggy peach blossom forest. Zhao Ling'er felt there seemed to be demonic energy. They continued forward and entered a village.

A young couple, Song Hewen and A Tao, warmly welcomed the three and invited them to their home as guests, introducing the village chief, A Tao's father, to them. In the evening, the villagers of Peach Blossom Village gathered to sing and dance. Zhao Ling'er felt as if she was back on Fairy Spirit Island and felt very close, but A Tao wanted to see the outside world.

She had heard from her fiancé about the wonders of the outside world, but her father absolutely disagreed, believing that the outside world was treacherous. The three explained that they would rest for one night and continue their journey the next day. A Tao asked the three if they would like to stay for one more day to attend her wedding with Song Hewen.
