Sweet Sweet Synopsis
Tian Tian, a young girl who has just graduated from the design department, meets Su Mu, a young flying machine designer with aphasia, in an unexpected “mud pit incident”. By a coincidence of fate, only Tian Tian’s ice cream can make Su Mu happy and talk.
In a test flying, Su Mu’s drone mistakenly enter Tian Tian’s home, Su Mu thought there was no one at home and over the wall to find the drone. Then he was caught on the spot by Tian Tian who was taking a bath, the scene was misunderstood by the community security.
Su Mu coveted ice cream idiosyncrasies, even unknowingly lived opposite Tian Tian’s home, and therefore Tian Tian was asked by Su Mu to make an ice cream every day, the chemistry between them also was assisted by the ice cream.

Episode 1 Recap
Tian Tiande, a cheerful young woman who always seemed to have luck on her side, loved to paint and play baseball, dreaming of building a beautiful house. She grew up in a loving family whose parents ran an ice cream shop, a small yet happy haven. However, her fortunate life began to unravel on the day she met an uncommunicative, cold-faced man.
At Wei Lai Aviation, genius flight vehicle designer Su Mu, known for his slight obsessive-compulsive tendencies and insistence on perfection, announced the cancellation of an upcoming flight vehicle launch. Despite the design meeting international standards with a mere 0. 02 deviation, Su Mu deemed it imperfect, promising a zero-deviation design within a week. His bold decision, though unconventional, was met with admiration, even by Mr. Nakamoto, who expressed willingness to wait and cooperate with him.
Later, while testing his flight vehicle, Su Mu unknowingly set its course to follow Tian Tiande, who was cycling home. Startled by the persistent follower, Tian Tiande stopped her bike and argued with the device. When it appeared to charge at her, she instinctively swung her baseball bat, smashing the flight vehicle. A chip from the broken device landed in her clothes. The incident left Tian Tiande covered in mud after she took a tumble.
She confronted Su Mu, demanding an explanation, drawing a crowd. However, Su Mu remained speechless, leading Tian Tiande to assume he was deaf and mute. She used sign language to ask if he was using the flight vehicle to take inappropriate photos of her. A young boy in the crowd, seemingly knowledgeable, clarified that it was a new model of flight vehicle, not a camera, and had likely locked due to interference.
He suggested that Tian Tiande should compensate Su Mu for the damage. Tian Tiande agreed, but her phone had also broken in the fall. She quickly wrote her phone number on a piece of paper and handed it to Su Mu. As she stumbled again, Su Mu instinctively reached out to help but quickly withdrew his hand, and Tian Tiande fell a second time, frustrated by his silence.
Back home, Tian Tiande confessed to her parents that she had failed her entrance exam for studying abroad. She offered to retake it in the second half of the year and spend time with them. To her surprise, her parents were not upset but rather suggested she reconsider staying with them, as they had planned a luxurious two-person tour package to eight different countries in Southeast Asia, seeking some alone time after twenty years of raising her.
Later, while hanging a signboard outside their ice cream shop, Tian Tiande accidentally got entangled and found herself dangling from a pole. Su Mu passed by, startling her. She desperately asked for help, but he merely adjusted her position slightly before walking away without a word. At Wei Lai Aviation, Su Mu returned with his damaged flight vehicle, prompting his assistant Wang Yanyi to barrage him with questions.
Realizing Su Mu was again unable to speak, Wang Yanyi immediately ordered a glass of iced water. CEO Miya and Wang Yanyi were deeply concerned, understanding that Su Mu suffered from social anxiety, which caused him to lose his speech when panicked or stressed. He needed to relax quickly. Meanwhile, Tian Tiande complained to her friend Tang Mumu about her recent string of bad luck, attributing it to Su Mu.
Tang Mumu warned her that Su Mu might either help her overcome her bad luck or make things much worse, advising her to avoid being alone with him. The ice cream shop received an order from Wei Lai Aviation. Despite not being officially open, Tian Tiande, encouraged by the unexpected business, decided to deliver the extra ice creams herself. At the company's entrance, she witnessed Wang Yanyi being confronted by an angry ex-girlfriend.
Tian Tiande, feeling sympathetic, offered the ex-girlfriend an ice cream, which was promptly thrown onto Wang Yanyi's face. Left with only one ice cream, Tian Tiande felt it was worth it. In the elevator, she coincidentally encountered Su Mu again. He unexpectedly snatched her remaining ice cream, ate it, and, much to her astonishment, gave her several warm smiles.
As Su Mu exited the elevator, now able to speak and heading to a meeting, Tian Tiande mused that he must be a Gemini, given his sudden change in demeanor. However, her luck continued its downward spiral as the elevator malfunctioned, trapping her inside. That evening, after being rescued from the elevator, Tian Tiande met Tang Mumu at a bar to commiserate.
She recounted her day, particularly her unfortunate encounters with Su Mu and how her luck seemed to worsen whenever he was around. They pondered their romantic futures; Tian Tiande expressed a desire for someone who would watch the stars with her. Back at Wei Lai Aviation, Su Mu, feeling much better, told Wang Yanyi he had lost the flight vehicle's chip but would retest within a week.
To help him find a quieter environment away from stress, CEO Miya suggested he move to her Xingyue villa, which would also be convenient for his upcoming flight tests. Su Mu accepted. The villa, as it turned out, was the house directly across from Tian Tiande's home, which had been vacant for years. The next morning, Tian Tiande's parents, preparing for their flight, woke her early, reminding her to help at the shop and get the shower head fixed.
Simultaneously, Su Mu was testing his flight vehicle when it went out of control and crashed onto Tian Tiande's balcony. He went to retrieve it, knocking on her door, but Tian Tiande, showering, didn't hear him. Assuming no one was home, Su Mu climbed over the wall into the balcony. Just as he entered, a freshly showered Tian Tiande saw him, screaming "Pervert!"
Episode 2 Recap
Tian Tian was startled to find Su Mu in her apartment after he had crashed his flight vehicle onto her balcony and entered. She called him a pervert, grabbed a knife to defend herself, and demanded to know why he was there and how he got in. Su Mu, once again speechless due to nervousness, silently pulled out a set of keys, which Tian Tian realized belonged to the apartment across from hers.
She became even more furious, accusing him of having ulterior motives for moving in and ordering him to leave. As Su Mu exited her apartment and headed downstairs, Tian Tian followed him, still demanding answers. A passing security guard mistook them for a quarreling couple and advised them to make up, much to Tian Tian's embarrassment. Later, while Tian Tian was getting ready, Tang Mumu called.
Tian Tian recounted the bizarre encounter with Su Mu, explaining that he had moved in across the hall. Tang Mumu, a keen astrology enthusiast, urged Tian Tian to find out Su Mu’s star sign so she could analyze their compatibility, warning her that something significant was predicted in her horoscope. The next morning, Tian Tian and Su Mu left their apartments simultaneously. Su Mu rode off on his bicycle without issue, but Tian Tian's electric scooter broke down shortly after.
Meanwhile, at the office, Wang Yanyi arrived drenched after being splashed by an ex-girlfriend, enduring teasing from his colleagues. He noticed Su Mu was once again silent and looking distressed. Wang Yanyi suggested they go somewhere to let off steam, but Su Mu, still unable to speak, dismissed him with a glare. Back at the ice cream shop, Tang Mumu reiterated her belief that Su Mu and Tian Tian's paths were intertwined and warned of potential bad luck.
Tian Tian’s resentment towards Su Mu deepened with each encounter. Tian Tian's younger schoolmate, Li Di, and his friends came to help with the grand opening of her ice cream shop. Wang Yanyi and Mi Ya discussed getting Su Mu a psychologist, but Su Mu was reluctant to see just anyone and preferred to wait for a friend of Huizi's. They wondered why his condition, which had persisted for years, had improved so dramatically just yesterday.
Wang Yanyi recalled Su Mu holding an ice cream, leading him to decide he would buy one for Su Mu to try. Su Mu, also remembering the distinct flavor of yesterday’s ice cream, decided to go to Tian Tian's shop himself. Seeing Su Mu enter, Tian Tian pretended not to notice him and instructed Tang Mumu to take his order. Su Mu ordered several different ice creams, but none matched the taste he remembered.
Frustrated, he eventually ordered one of everything. Convinced he was there to cause trouble, Tian Tian made him a chaotic "ice cream stew" and angrily served it to him. She demanded to know his name and purpose. Su Mu silently presented his work ID, revealing his name and that he worked for "Wei Lai Aviation" across the street, designing aircraft. Tian Tian realized she had misunderstood him.
As she processed this, Su Mu took a bite of her unusual creation and, recognizing a familiar taste, rewarded her with another soft smile before paying and leaving. Tian Tian was left dumbfounded by his smile. In the elevator, Su Mu encountered Li Di, who was delivering an order for Wang Yanyi. Li Di mispronounced Wang Yanyi’s name, calling him "Wang Qihuo," a nickname that stuck.
Back at his company, Su Mu surprised Wang Yanyi by suddenly being able to speak again, confirming that the ice cream had worked. Wang Yanyi offered him the ice cream he had just bought, but Su Mu declined, stating he no longer needed it. Tang Mumu, having observed Su Mu, concluded he was a Gemini, whose sign was destined to be both complementary and conflicting with Tian Tian's.
She advised Tian Tian that to ensure good fortune, she must "follow" Su Mu, otherwise her bad luck would worsen. Li Di and his friends finished their deliveries and left, promising to accept Tian Tian's invitation for drinks another time. After a successful opening day, Tian Tian prepared to head home. Her ailing electric scooter nearly collided with Wang Yanyi's car on the way.
Wang Yanyi, recognizing Tian Tian, tried to flirt, but Tian Tian, recalling him as the "scumbag" from before, ignored him and rode off. Her scooter broke down completely by the river. As she struggled to fix it, Su Mu cycled past. To her surprise, he turned back and wordlessly helped her repair the scooter. After fixing it, he left without a word.
Remembering Tang Mumu’s advice to "follow" him, Tian Tian resolved to try, even if it meant tolerating his "staring face." Upon returning home, Tian Tian pondered how to "follow" such a peculiar person. She then received a video call from her parents, who were enjoying a luxurious "candlelight dinner" abroad. Meanwhile, Su Mu, still unable to find the exact ice cream flavor he sought, was feeling down.
However, seeing Tian Tian dancing joyfully in her apartment window lifted his spirits, making him wonder if her presence was the reason for his improved mood. Later, holding his small aircraft, Su Mu knocked on Tian Tian's door. When she answered, he spoke three words, "I want you."
Episode 3 Recap
Tian Tiande was startled when Su Mu, who lived across from her, appeared at her door instead of her takeaway delivery. Even more surprising, he spoke, saying, "I want you." A shocked Tian Tiande, who had previously thought he couldn't speak, quickly understood as he clarified, "Teach me how to make ice cream." She was flustered and asked why he had remained silent for so long, and why she should teach him.
Su Mu explained that she didn't need to compensate him with money for the broken drone, but he required her to teach him how to make ice cream. Tian Tiande, initially suspicious that he might be trying to get into her ice cream business, considering his status and residence, realized his true motive when he stated, "The villa is not mine. I don't want to do business either. I just want to eat ice cream."
Recalling Tang Mumu's advice to humor him, Tian Tiande reluctantly agreed, hoping they would be "even" and he would stop bothering her. Su Mu agreed. When asked if the lesson would be at her house or his, he firmly stated, "Mine, of course." Tian Tiande, assuming he meant immediately, quickly closed her door, only for Su Mu to clarify that he meant "tomorrow morning at 7:00." Embarrassed, Tian Tiande made an excuse about waiting for a delivery and quickly left.
She complained to herself about the early hour and the weirdness of it all, setting numerous alarms for 7 AM. Despite her exhaustion, Tian Tiande couldn't sleep that night, while Su Mu, who had a regular routine, went to bed on time after reading. The next morning, Tian Tiande woke up late on her own sofa. Su Mu appeared at her door, telling her she was late and to hurry over.
She followed him, surprised when he led her through the back door of his house. Once inside, Su Mu, exhibiting his obsessive-compulsive tendencies, immediately straightened Tian Tiande's casually discarded shoes. As Tian Tiande began making ice cream, Su Mu took a call, meticulously noting down the ingredients and steps she used. After the ice cream was ready, Tian Tiande picked up one of Su Mu's flight models, only for him to repeatedly adjust its position due to his obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Seeing Su Mu still occupied on the phone, Tian Tiande took the opportunity to reapply her lipstick. Once the ice cream was ready, Su Mu unceremoniously dismissed her, saying, "You can leave now." Annoyed by his coldness, Tian Tiande left, while Su Mu, satisfied with the taste, continued to enjoy the ice cream. Later, Su Mu attempted to replicate the ice cream using Tian Tiande's recipe but found the taste entirely different.
He suspected Tian Tiande might have secretly added an ingredient when she had reapplied her lipstick. Back home, Tian Tiande was still fuming about Su Mu's abrupt dismissal. At that moment, Su Mu knocked on her door again. Tian Tiande, trying to avoid any more bad luck, answered calmly, asking what he wanted. Su Mu explained that she had only made ice cream for him, not "taught" him.
Tian Tiande tried to refuse, claiming she was washing up and her water pipe was broken. Su Mu immediately offered to fix it and entered her apartment. As she explained the recipe, including vague measurements like "by feeling" for sugar and questioning his small portions of ingredients, Tian Tiande grew irritated by his literal interpretation and lack of emotional intelligence.
Noticing her hair getting in the way, Su Mu carefully took a hair tie and tied her hair back. Tian Tiande initially felt touched, but her gratitude vanished when he explained, "I was afraid your hair would get in the ice cream." Annoyed, she told him to stir the mixture himself. She also tried to engage him in conversation, asking if he was test-flying when she broke his drone and why she hadn't seen him while painting nearby.

After she instructed him to put the mixture in the ICE CREAM MACHINE for twenty minutes, Tian Tiande asked if they were finally "even." Su Mu confirmed, and she left feeling triumphant, having "won one round." As Tian Tiande returned home, she pondered Su Mu's actions.
While she appreciated him tying her hair, she was struck by the realization that a single man like him having a hair tie in his house was unusual, leading her to wonder if he had a girlfriend. Shortly after, Li Di called, inviting her to play baseball, but Tian Tiande declined, stating she was too tired from her sleepless night. Meanwhile, Su Mu, back in his home, tried making ice cream again using Tian Tiande's methods.
Still, he couldn't reproduce her unique taste, confirming his earlier thought that "only she can do it." He then found the ice cream she had made earlier that morning in his refrigerator and, after tasting it, further solidified this conviction. Under pressure from his flight testing, Su Mu spoke on the phone about needing to send flight data. He later realized he had finished all the ice cream Tian Tiande had made.
As Tian Tiande prepared to go out for some drawing after a short nap, Su Mu, still stressed from flight testing, wanted more ice cream to relieve his pressure but found that all the ice cream Tian Tiande had made was already gone.
Episode 4 Recap
Tian Tian decided to go painting. As she left, Su Mu happened to see her, wanting ice cream. While Tian Tian was painting peacefully, Su Mu's drone, equipped with a camera, flew toward her, seemingly to take pictures. Tian Tian, sensing Su Mu was trying to manipulate her, suppressed the urge to hit the drone.
Just as she was about to pack up, the drone malfunctioned and rushed towards her, but Su Mu quickly intervened, shielding her and getting injured in the process. Tian Tian bandaged Su Mu's wound, declaring them even. Su Mu explained that he needed to eat ice cream daily because Tian Tian's ice cream was more effective than ice water in helping him with his calculations.
Tian Tian found him very odd but, out of gratitude, reluctantly agreed to make him ice cream every day. Su Mu then suggested she come to his house at seven in the evening, claiming it was to prevent her from oversleeping in the morning, which made Tian Tian suspect his true intentions. Despite her suspicions, Tian Tian agreed. Over the next few days, Tian Tian went to Su Mu's house every evening to make him ice cream.
Their interactions remained professional, but their relationship subtly began to change. Su Mu's mood visibly improved, and Tian Tian noticed her luck getting better. They often met on the mountaintop, where Tian Tian painted her dream castle in the sky while Su Mu conducted flight tests, coexisting without disturbing each other. Tian Tian felt a growing conviction that their paths were destined for more than just parallel lines.
One day, as Su Mu and Tian Tian descended the mountain, Tian Tian mentioned she would make him ice cream once they returned. Su Mu noticed her consistent drawings of houses and expressed curiosity. He then received an urgent call from his company but had no bike. Since Tian Tian was heading back to her shop, she offered him a ride. Tang Mumu was surprised to see them arrive together.
At the shop, the signboard had fallen, and as Tian Tian climbed a ladder to fix it, Su Mu helped her steady it before he left for work. Back at the office, Wang Yanyi cautioned Su Mu about Liu Tai, the arrogant son of Wan Xing Company's chairman, who insisted on meeting him. Su Mu calmly entered the office.
Mi Ya introduced Su Mu as their designer and Liu Tai as Director Liu from Wan Xing Holdings, the exterior design company partnering for their flight project. Su Mu presented their new drone design, highlighting its protective features and improved photography. However, Liu Tai, dismissing the technical details, arrogantly demanded only a completion date, emphasizing the need to import materials.
Su Mu coolly replied that he would be notified upon completion, to which Liu Tai reacted with displeasure, stating he would discuss it with his father before abruptly leaving. Mi Ya quickly apologized to Su Mu for Liu Tai's behavior, explaining that their cooperation with Wan Xing was purely based on the company's strength. Meanwhile, Tang Mumu, astonished by the rapid development between Tian Tian and Su Mu, likened their progress to a magic spell.
Tian Tian clarified it was merely a reciprocal exchange for her ice cream-making. Tang Mumu also noted Tian Tian's significantly improved luck. Having learned that Su Mu could speak and wasn't using sign language as she previously believed, Tang Mumu checked Tian Tian's fortune again. She confidently predicted that as long as Tian Tian didn't upset Su Mu, she would smoothly overcome the Mercury retrograde period.
Passing by, Wang Yanyi was seen flirting with a girl, prompting Tian Tian to reflect that Su Mu was indeed far better than some other "scumbags." Mi Ya was relieved that Su Mu didn't take Liu Tai's arrogance to heart. Tian Tian, having prepared Su Mu's ice cream, made an excuse to stay at the shop, waiting for him after Tang Mumu went home.
Su Mu did come to pick up his ice cream, but to Tian Tian's dismay, he left with Mi Ya in her car, leaving Tian Tian feeling conflicted. Later, Li Di called Tian Tian, inviting her for drinks. He secretly instructed his friends not to mention his upcoming birthday, hoping to surprise her. Tian Tian, however, was distracted and not herself, still pondering who had driven Su Mu home.
Mi Ya noticed Su Mu's good mood, which he confirmed was due to eating ice cream, and gently reminded him not to overindulge. Tian Tian, seeking answers, asked Li Di and his friends if men would use various excuses to approach a girl they liked. Her friends quickly covered for Li Di, who then invited Tian Tian to play basketball the following evening.
Meanwhile, Mi Ya tried to re-bandage Su Mu's hand, but he insisted on keeping the scarf Tian Tian had used. Su Mu then gazed at Tian Tian's photo, only going to bed after Mi Ya reminded him. When Tian Tian returned home, she saw the same car still parked outside Su Mu's villa, which made her feel gloomy. Unbeknownst to her, Mi Ya had stayed overnight due to ongoing renovations in her own apartment.
Tian Tian began to connect the car with the hair tie Su Mu had once used for her, suspecting the owner was the same woman. Despite telling herself it was none of her business, she decided to stake out her balcony, determined to find out who the mysterious person was.

After sleeping on the rooftop overnight, Tian Tian was awakened by Su Mu and Mi Ya's voices the next morning. She watched them chatting and laughing as they got into a car together and drove off. Tian Tian felt a pang of jealousy, internally commenting that Su Mu behaved like a "wolfish dog" with her but transformed into a "puppy" in front of Mi Ya.
She also noted how Mi Ya patted Su Mu's head and remarked that Mi Ya wasn't as cute as her. On her way to the ice cream shop, Tian Tian repeatedly encountered their car, forcing her to change routes. To her dismay, the alternative road she took was under repair, adding to her mounting bad luck. Later that day, Mi Ya invited Su Mu to dinner, but he politely declined, stating he had other plans.
Feeling bothered by what she had witnessed, Tian Tian asked Tang Mumu what kind of relationship a woman might have with a man if she brings him to work. Tang Mumu initially suggested they could be colleagues or just carpooling. Tian Tian then added that if the woman lived at the man's house, Tang Mumu concluded they must be a couple.
Tian Tian agreed but then considered that they might just be very close friends, citing her own friendship with Li Di. When Tian Tian further described Mi Ya patting Su Mu's head, Tang Mumu dismissed it as merely a "pre-couple infatuation period." Tang Mumu then speculated if Tian Tian was talking about Su Mu, which Tian Tian vehemently denied, insisting it had nothing to do with him. At the ice cream shop, Su Mu's colleagues discussed him and Mi Ya.
They mentioned that Su Mu had successfully completed his calculations and would be put on many upcoming projects by Mi Ya, hinting at a celebratory party. They gossiped about seeing Su Mu and Mi Ya arrive together in Mi Ya's car that morning, recalling it had happened a year ago as well, but a colleague quickly reminded them not to gossip.
Mi Ya arrived and offered to have the ice cream shop deliver handmade ice cream to Su Mu every day, as it reminded her of what they had in Austria. Su Mu declined, stating he preferred making his own ice cream. Mi Ya also mentioned she had sent other flavors to his house, which he again refused, stating he preferred making his own ice cream.
She asked if his lack of sleep was due to her presence, and he playfully replied he had slept with her pillow. Mi Ya once more tried to invite him to dinner, but he refused. Tian Tian was conflicted about whether to make ice cream for Su Mu, using darts to decide. Across the street, Su Mu occasionally glanced at her ice cream shop from his office.
Later, more of Su Mu's colleagues came to the ice cream shop and discussed how Su Mu and Wang Yanyi were "old timers" at the company, which explained their close relationship with Mi Ya. Feeling disheartened, Tian Tian decided to go home. She told Tang Mumu she was tired because she hadn't slept well.
Tang Mumu warned her that fighting would bring bad luck, but Tian Tian insisted her "Mercury in retrograde" period was over and that she could live without Su Mu. Distracted by her thoughts, Tian Tian was hit by a passing car and landed in a roadside bush. She returned home looking dishevelled, as if under Mercury retrograde. Meanwhile, Su Mu visited the ice cream shop looking for Tian Tian, but left without buying anything when he learned she wasn't there.
Upon returning home, Tian Tian ordered a large amount of takeaway food and watched TV to lift her spirits. She decided that since Su Mu seemed to have a girlfriend, she couldn't get too close to him and resolved to be distant neighbors. Soon after, Li Di called, reminding Tian Tian of their plans to play ball. Tian Tian, who had completely forgotten, quickly got ready to leave.
Li Di had secretly arranged for his friends to leave so he could spend time alone with Tian Tian, planning to confess his feelings during a romantic Ferris wheel ride for his birthday. He had even tried to get his friends to ask Tian Tian for advice on his brother's proposal, suggesting girls were more romantic. Meanwhile, Su Mu returned home, unable to concentrate on reading, and often looked towards Tian Tian's apartment opposite.
After playing ball for a while, Tian Tian said she was tired and had a stomachache from eating too much chili. She went to the restroom, and as planned, Li Di's friends left. When Tian Tian returned, she found only Li Di. Remembering it was his birthday, she insisted on calling their friends back to go to karaoke, dismissing his idea of a Ferris wheel ride as "too childish."
While having fun at karaoke, Tian Tian completely forgot about her 7 PM commitment to make ice cream for Su Mu, leaving him to drink ice water. During the birthday celebration, Tian Tian helped plan a proposal for a friend's brother and presented Li Di with a signed baseball glove, which he cherished. However, Li Di was disappointed when Tian Tian repeatedly referred to him as her "younger brother."

Just then, a delivery person announced the arrival of a new double bed. Tian Tian awkwardly admitted she simply wanted him to sleep more comfortably. Su Mu transferred 20,000 yuan to Tian Tian for the renovation costs, but she refused to accept it, saying it was too much. Su Mu insisted it included labor costs, prompting Tian Tian to jokingly say she would do it herself then. She reiterated that she couldn't take his money.

Tian Tian remarked to Su Mu that Dr. Gao was a nice man and assured him she could help him get things done this evening since their relationship was good. Su Mu then suggested that Tian Tian live there from now on, saying half of the house belonged to her and she could come to paint anytime.
Tian Tian, thinking this would allow her to understand him better, agreed. Soon after, Tian Tian received a call from her parents. She told Su Mu she was almost done and had to leave first, instructing him to freeze the leftover crayfish so she could finish them later. On her way home, Tian Tian pondered why she had agreed to Su Mu's proposal again and how she would explain moving out to her parents.
She considered fabricating a story but ultimately decided to tell them the truth. However, upon arriving home, she found her parents sitting gravely on the sofa, seemingly ready for a serious discussion. Tian Tian's father revealed that he had "accidentally grabbed two more travel tickets" for a trip to Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, and they had to leave that very night, with their luggage already packed. Among them was a photo of Su Mu shielding her from the drone. Tian Tian tried to save it, but Su Mu deleted it along with the others. Later, as Su Mu continued working, he glanced over to see Tian Tian had fallen asleep.
Feeling tired himself, he leaned his head on the table and soon drifted off to sleep. Tian Tian woke up and saw Su Mu asleep at the table. She crept closer and whispered into his ear, "I… kind… of… like you." Su Mu was then startled awake by his phone ringing, which also startled Tian Tian. Seeing it was late and Dr. Gao hadn't arrived, Su Mu told Tian Tian it was time for her to go home.
Tian Tian, feigning annoyance, slung her bag over her shoulder and began to leave. Su Mu called out to her, and she initially thought he would ask her to stay, but he instead offered to drive her home. Upon arriving at her house, Su Mu heard Tian Tian explain that her parents were on vacation, and she was home alone. Hearing this, Su Mu invited her to have breakfast with him the next morning, to which she distractedly agreed.
The next day, Tian Tian woke up expecting Su Mu to still be asleep, but he was already waiting for her, urging her to hurry. After Tian Tian quickly got ready, they headed out, with Su Mu on his motorbike and Tian Tian on her bicycle, playfully racing each other. Tian Tian had expected Su Mu to cook a delicious breakfast, but he instead presented her with instant bread and yogurt.
Disappointed, Tian Tian drank her yogurt, later getting paint on her face while drawing. Su Mu noticed and offered to wipe the "dirt" off, but instead, he mischievously drew more paint on her other cheek. Unaware of his prank, Tian Tian innocently thanked him. Tian Tiande wanted Su Mu to make her some ice cream, reminding him that she had made it for him many times before. Su Mu agreed, and Tian Tiande supervised him closely, directing him on what to do. She told him to separate the egg whites evenly and to add a little more cream. When Su Mu was finished, Tian Tiande took the ice cream and started playing darts.
Su Mu, annoyed by the noise, asked her to go outside to do that. Outside, Tian Tiande accidentally broke the bowl. Su Mu cleaned up the glass shards and told her, "Don't move." Tian Tiande returned to her room, saw the streaks of paint Su Mu had drawn on her face in the mirror, and decided to get back at him. She tried to get paint on Su Mu's clothes, but ended up getting it on her own.
She had to change, putting on one of Su Mu's large shirts. Feeling defeated, she said to herself, "I went for wool and came back shorn." Tian Tiande brought Su Mu some grapes, reminding him to eat more fruit. She told him she would make ice cream for him at night since it was bad to eat it on an empty stomach during the day. Tian Tiande then went off to entertain herself.
Wang Yanyi, who was on a date, asked Mi Ya for Su Mu's new studio address because she wanted to visit him. Mi Ya then called Su Mu. Tian Tiande had left Su Mu's phone on the fruit, causing it to get wet. Su Mu exclaimed that it was her fault. Tian Tiande tried to fix it by putting it in rice and using a hairdryer, but Su Mu decided to fix it himself. Someone was coming up the mountain.
Tian Tiande, worried Mi Ya would misunderstand their relationship, quickly hid. Mi Ya arrived and looked around the studio. She told Su Mu that she would buy him a new phone. She opened the fridge and, seeing it full of ice cream, warned him not to eat too much. Su Mu said he probably wouldn’t need it anymore. Mi Ya mentioned that Hui Zi had liked him for so long but he never reciprocated.
Tian Tiande, who had been listening, became jealous and glared at Mi Ya. Su Mu then kissed Tian Tiande. Mi Ya asked what was going on between them. Su Mu vaguely described their relationship as "I-live-opposite-her, she-lives-opposite-me type of relationship.” Mi Ya decided to ask Tian Tiande herself another day. As Mi Ya was leaving, she encouraged Su Mu to be more proactive with girls and to read books about dealing with emotions or watch love and relationship-type shows.
After Mi Ya left, Tian Tiande asked Su Mu why he had kissed her again. Su Mu replied it was because she took his ice cream. Tian Tiande reminded him that he said he didn't need it anymore. Su Mu clarified that he didn't need it to relieve stress, but he still wanted to eat it. Tian Tiande pointed out that he had gotten her clothes dirty, so Su Mu asked her to wash them for him.
Wang Yanyi arrived as Su Mu and Tian Tiande were arguing. Wang Yanyi asked if they were secretly together, but Su Mu denied it. Tian Tian was at the same school for a celebrity signing event. She spotted two Ranchu goldfish priced at 700 yuan and tried to haggle. After her initial offer of 400 yuan was rejected, she walked away.
Immediately, Su Mu’s mother approached the vendor and readily agreed to the 700 yuan price. Seeing this, Tian Tian quickly intervened and convinced Su Mu's mother that the fish were not genuine and shouldn't be bought, citing her own family's business in fish.
