The rumor was completely clarified. Xue Lin's actions were publicly criticized and resulted in punishments such as a major demerit from the school. Xiong Yifan's roommates also expressed deep apologies, hoping to be forgiven. Xiong Yifan moved back into the dormitory, and everything would be a new beginning. On the first day of moving back into the dormitory with her luggage, the former adversaries met again.
Xue Lin deliberately bumped into Xiong Yifan, causing her scarf to fall into the pond. Bai Yuze disregarded himself and jumped into the pond to retrieve the scarf for Xiong Yifan, even catching a cold and fever because of it, and fainting in his studio. Ding Ming originally wanted to resign, but recalling the bits and pieces of her time interacting with Bai Yuze, she was ultimately a bit reluctant to leave.

On the way home, Yan Ke and Bai Yuze, in order to prevent the other from getting closer to Xiong Yifan, instead walked shoulder-to-shoulder, their eyes meeting with invisible sparks, pushing the person they liked behind them. Bai Yuze didn't know when he had truly started liking Xiong Yifan. He had also never encountered such a situation, and was unsure how long this liking could last, but his heart to pursue Xiong Yifan was very firm.
As for Bai Yuze's challenge, Yan Ke seemed very relaxed. He simply didn't believe the person before him could pose any threat. Back in the dormitory, Xiong Yifan was reminded by her roommates that she had forgotten to buy her train ticket home. That evening, Xiong Yifan, Ding Ming, and Qi Xiaosong sat in an internet cafe, ready to go, but they announced defeat as soon as they started.
The three of them who failed to get tickets, just thinking about taking a slow green-skinned train home, were like frost-bitten eggplants, losing all their vitality. Yan Ke's mother had booked his plane ticket early. But thinking of Xiong Yifan, he still decided to tell a white lie, deceiving Xiong Yifan that he hadn't been able to get a ticket and needed to take the green-skinned train with her.
The originally disheartened Xiong Yifan immediately became full of energy, as if she had already fallen in love with the green-skinned train. The four of them sat on the train home, taking out the snacks they had prepared. After spending time together during this period, Qi Xiaosong also came to understand Yan Ke better and wanted to truly make him a friend.

The four of them returned to their seats, laughing and chatting, watching the gradually rising sun outside the window. The light of the morning sun shone on their faces, making their innocent, pure smiles even more beautiful. Youth is a wonderful journey.
