Zichuan Xiu had deep feelings for Ge Yingxing's subordinates. Even if Lin Bing hadn't come to ask him, he would have found a way to save Luo Bo. Lin Bing was very relieved after hearing this. She also brought a box that Ge Yingxing had asked her to give to Zichuan Xiu.

Luo Minghai worried that Di Lin was plotting in Yuanzhou, so he went to Zichuan Canxing to intercede for Luo Bo. This fell right into Di Lin's trap. He knew that Luo Minghai had been by Yang Minghua's side for many years and had developed a habit of being suspicious, and Di Lin skillfully exploited this.

Zichuan Ning came to see Zichuan Canxing and knelt, begging him to let her and Zichuan Xiu be together. Zichuan Canxing immediately refused, trying to persuade her to change her mind as the heir, emphasizing the importance of the overall situation. He even became furiously angry and smashed things to intimidate her. Zichuan Ning didn't want to see her uncle enraged, so she stopped bringing up the matter.

It didn't matter where he went, the further away from the Imperial Capital and Zichuan Ning, the better. Zichuan Xiu hardened his heart and told her to find a friend with whom she was truly compatible, which made Zichuan Ning incredibly disappointed. Ka Dan burned the letters she had written to Si Te Lin. When Zichuan Ning saw this, she encouraged her to bravely send them, offering her help. Ka Dan, in turn, saw through Zichuan Ning's feelings for Zichuan Xiu in one sentence and encouraged her to express them boldly.

Inspired by Ka Dan, Zichuan Ning decided to go after Zichuan Xiu. However, Zichuan Canxing would certainly not let her go easily at this time, so Zichuan Ning came up with the idea of sneaking out. Ka Dan tried her best to dissuade her, saying the trip to Yuanzhou was extremely dangerous. However, she only thought Zichuan Ning was going out to play and didn't expect her to head to Yuanzhou.
