Gong Wenxing hesitated, reminding them that Yu Hao stopped celebrating birthdays after the trauma of his mother's death.
Han Meng countered that it was time for Yu Hao to be brave and overcome his past, pointing out that Kelan had quietly supported him through his pain, and now he should do the same for her. On her birthday, Su Kelan accompanied her mother to the hospital, where they learned her recovery was progressing well, making her ready for surgery once a donor kidney became available.
Dr. Wang then asked Su Kelan to retrieve a package for him from the garden. During an interview, he remarked that his cooking skills were improving. A junior employee from the PR department suggested using a double for his cooking segments to save time, but Yu Hao firmly rejected the idea, emphasizing that creating a false image would damage the brand. Afterwards, Han Meng and Yao Qian discussed Yu Hao's transformation, noting his newfound interest in cooking and even allowing cats in the office.
