Good And Evil Episode 11 Recap
> Good And Evil Recap
After the Green-feathered Emperor disappeared in a wisp of smoke before Xiao Shan's eyes, Han Sheng, bewildered, asked Chun Yao about the Snow Lotus. Chun Yao explained it was a sacred treasure of the Xiao Family, renowned for its ability to bring the dead back to life.
He also revealed that the Green-feathered Emperor had been dead all along, merely a wisp of soul clinging on to see Xiao Shan one last time; his wish fulfilled, his soul had now dissipated. Suddenly, a large number of Snow Wolves attacked the Xiao Palace. Xiao Shan, having fully recovered her memories, understood the deep-seated animosity between the Xiao family and the Snow Wolves.
Driven by a fierce desire for revenge, she declared that "Little Mountain the Feather God" was gone, and only "Xiao Shan the God of War" remained, ready to fight to the death. Despite Kong Qi's pleas to stop her, Xiao Shan rushed out to confront the invaders. Chun Yao followed, cautioning Han Sheng to stay safe in the palace before joining Xiao Shan in battle.
The Snow Wolf King appeared, taunting Xiao Shan about abandoning her family for love and marrying the Green-feathered Emperor, claiming her father and brother still called her name before they died. Enraged, Xiao Shan attacked the Snow Wolf King. After a brief struggle, the Snow Wolf King stabbed Xiao Shan with a Soul Shattering Dagger, causing her soul to shatter. The King attempted to seize the Ice Fire Stone from her, but a mysterious force repelled him.
A dark smoke then drifted in from outside, frightening the Snow Wolf King and his men into retreating. As the King fled, the dark smoke materialized into a black-clad man who stood by the hall. Kong Qi rushed to the fallen Xiao Shan, begging her not to leave him and vowing to always be her great-grandson.
Xiao Shan, knowing her end was near, lamented that she couldn't fulfill her wish to remain "Little Mountain" and love Kong Qi in this life. Her final wish was for him to live a happy and fulfilling life. She took a prayer stone from her wrist, placing it on Kong Qi's hand before she passed away. Immediately, a shimmering portal formed in the hall from the Ice Fire Stone.
Chun Yao quickly pulled Kong Qi and Han Sheng through it, with the black-clad man following close behind. Upon their arrival, they found themselves amidst a fierce conflict between the Xiao family and the Snow Wolves, where they encountered a younger Xiao Shan who did not recognize them. Chun Yao deduced that the Ice Fire Stone had brought them a millennium back to Beifutian.
Kong Qi, seeing the past Xiao Shan, was resolute in his desire to obtain the Snow Lotus there to save the future Xiao Shan. Chun Yao initially objected, fearing that interfering with the past would alter history and affect future generations. However, Kong Qi passionately argued that Chun Yao was sacrificing Xiao Shan's life by not acting, which moved Chun Yao.
He agreed that since they were there to retrieve the Ice Fire Stone, they could also take the Snow Lotus. Han Sheng quickly fabricated a story for Princess Xiao Shan, claiming they were healers who had been captured by the Snow Wolves and were fortunate to be saved by her. Impressed, Xiao Shan invited them to her family's palace. At the Xiao family palace, they witnessed preparations for Xiao Shan's wedding to the Green-feathered Emperor.
They observed an attendant handling a box containing the Snow Lotus, which Kong Qi eagerly picked up before Chun Yao's subtle cough prompted him to return it. Chun Yao discreetly marked the box. Upon learning it was part of Xiao Shan's dowry to be sent to the Feather Clan, Kong Qi became visibly distraught. Chun Yao devised a plan: he and Han Sheng would pose as healers to join the wedding convoy.
Meanwhile, Xiao Shan expressed her deep worries about the long-standing animosity between her Snow Camel Clan and the Snow Wolves. She confided that her marriage to the Green-feathered Emperor of the divine Feather Clan was a desperate measure for alliance, despite her concern that her demon clan status might make her unworthy of an immortal. Overhearing this, Kong Qi saw his opportunity.
He directly appealed to Xiao Shan, requesting to join her personal guard on the pretext of searching for his own family in Green Feather Town. Understanding his desire to return home, Xiao Shan appointed Kong Qi as her personal guard, allowing him free movement. Later, Lianyi, Xiao Shan's personal maid, delivered snacks to Chun Yao and Han Sheng. Chun Yao noticed a distinct mark on Lianyi's wrist.
She quickly covered it, claiming it was a childhood burn scar, and then hastily excused herself. Kong Qi later met with Chun Yao and Han Sheng, informing them that the Snow Lotus was stored in a warehouse near the bridal chamber. He confirmed he had marked the box, assuring them he would stand guard to avert suspicion. On the wedding night, as Xiao Shan awaited her groom, the Green-feathered Emperor entered the bridal chamber.
Upon lifting her veil, he looked at her with shock and disbelief, stating that she was not the woman he loved. He claimed a different girl had saved him when he was injured in battle and nursed him back to health, identifying herself as the Xiao family's third princess. Xiao Shan insisted that she was the one who saved him, but the Green-feathered Emperor refused to believe her, rushing out of the room.
Outside, he encountered Lianyi and immediately recognized her as the woman who had cared for him. Lianyi, tearfully, offered her blessings to the Emperor and Xiao Shan before fleeing, with the Green-feathered Emperor in close pursuit. Meanwhile, Chun Yao and Han Sheng had entered the warehouse. They found the marked box empty and saw a figure darting away. Chun Yao quickly gave chase, leaving Han Sheng behind.
A guard mistook Han Sheng for a thief, but the black-clad man suddenly appeared, knocked out the guard, and released Han Sheng. Back in the palace, Xiao Shan was furious about the stolen Snow Lotus and demanded explanations from her guards. Kong Qi reported that he had seen Lianyi entering the warehouse. Xiao Shan confronted Lianyi, pressing her to confess. Just then, the Green-feathered Emperor entered, immediately shielding Lianyi.
He asserted that Lianyi had been with him all night, making it impossible for her to have stolen the Snow Lotus. He then revealed that while he was secretly operating in the Devil World, he was severely injured in battle and fell into the snowy area. It was Lianyi who had risked her life to save him, nursing him back to health day after day.
She had even told him she was the Xiao family's third princess, which led him to propose to the Xiao family, not minding that Xiao Shan was of the Demon Clan, as he thought he was marrying Lianyi. Xiao Shan vehemently countered, insisting that "she" was the one who saved him. She implored Lianyi to tell the truth to the Green-feathered Emperor.
Instead, Lianyi knelt, confessed to impersonating Xiao Shan to hide the Green-feathered Emperor, and tearfully declared her love for him, begging Xiao Shan to grant them permission to be together. The Green-feathered Emperor sternly told Xiao Shan not to trouble Lianyi further. Overwhelmed by anger and betrayal, Xiao Shan collapsed to the ground. Kong Qi, after dismissing the stunned servants, rushed to comfort her.
