He also revealed that the Green-feathered Emperor had been dead all along, merely a wisp of soul clinging on to see Xiao Shan one last time; his wish fulfilled, his soul had now dissipated. Suddenly, a large number of Snow Wolves attacked the Xiao Palace. Xiao Shan, having fully recovered her memories, understood the deep-seated animosity between the Xiao family and the Snow Wolves.
Driven by a fierce desire for revenge, she declared that "Little Mountain the Feather God" was gone, and only "Xiao Shan the God of War" remained, ready to fight to the death.
