Li Mujia's smile gave him strength, and the lucky coin she gave him instilled the courage to seek investment abroad. Li Guang hoped for a chance from Li Mujia.

After Li Guang left, due to exhaustion, Li Mujia fell asleep in the hallway. Tian Rong hurriedly came and gave her money. Li Mujia learned that Tian Rong had sold her house. Li Mujia went to the company to deliver additional documents to Li Guang, only to learn that he was abroad negotiating a major project. After thorough negotiations, Li Guang and Wallace successfully secured the project. Li Guang instructed his assistant, Fang Zhou, to inform Wu Jianqiu and transfer the case to her team. Li Yang couldn't come up with the down payment, so he sought to cancel the contract with Tian Rong. She returned the 50,000 yuan deposit to him and asked him to introduce more clients in return. Li Yang held a deep respect for Tian Rong.

Wang Wei took Dou Dou away and hadn't returned by 8 PM. Wu Jianqiu called and demanded Dou Dou to be sent back. Dou Dou was playing with LEGO and didn't want to go back. Wang Wei's girlfriend made Dou Dou laugh heartily. Wu Jianqiu was furious and ordered Wang Wei to bring Dou Dou to school the next morning, threatening consequences otherwise. Wang Wei was indifferent. Feeling defeated, Wu Jianqiu called Li Mujia to vent her frustrations and sought her comforting advice.
