Editor He then informed her he had a meeting with the brand's director on the sixth and wanted to introduce their models for potential collaborations, asking if she was available.
Lin Feifei readily agreed, and Editor He took her phone to send her the details, advising her to be more relaxed and natural next time they met. Back home, Lin Feifei excitedly recounted the encounter to her roommates, Zhou Shi and Bi Qiu Jing. She admitted that despite knowing Editor He's flirtatious tactics were just a routine, she was charmed by his natural approach and the "stars in his eyes" when he smiled.

The doctor recalled Wei Qing's first visit. In a flashback, Wei An explained that Wei Qing's severe mysophobia caused red rashes after skin contact. The 18-year-old Wei Qing refused to visit a hospital, deeming it dirty, and bitterly stated that his mother cared more for a stray cat than for him. During that session, he took a call to attend a party.
Despite the doctor's warning that his severe allergy could trigger shock, Wei Qing insisted on going, hoping to find a woman he could touch without a reaction, and told the doctor to cure his illness but stay out of his private life. Returning to the present, the doctor expressed her happiness at his progress, calling Zhou Shi his "lucky star."
Wei Qing asked for advice on how to be kind to a girl without spending money or giving gifts, a test from Zhou Shi. The doctor advised him to learn her current needs, noting that women often confide their true desires in their close friends. To learn Zhou Shi's plans, Wei An went to a shoe store and bought every pair of shoes that Lin Feifei tried on.
He then reported his findings to Wei Qing: Zhou Shi intended to confess her feelings to Li Ming Cheng at his birthday party. Wei Qing reacted with a surprised "Again?" Speculating that Zhou Shi prioritized a successful confession over any gift, he instructed Wei An to send several staff members from the publicity department to her college to help.
Bi Qiu Jing met Li Ming Cheng and presented her gift: a 2D solar system model and a stack of 2,700 sheets of A4 paper. She pointed out that his hand-drawn diagrams were proportionally inaccurate and challenged him to redraw the solar system to scale on the provided paper. Defeated, Li Ming Cheng vowed to win against her one day, but Bi Qiu Jing dismissed him as uninteresting and "unworthy of Zhou Shi" before leaving.
Moments later, a campus reporter approached him for an interview. Wei Qing showed Zhou Shi the video of the interview, in which Li Ming Cheng described his ideal girlfriend: smart, with glasses, short hair with a fringe, little makeup, and a casual, tomboyish style. Wei Qing suggested she adopt this look and took her for a makeover. After many outfits, they found a perfect match.
He told her the real reason her past confessions failed was a lack of confidence and began a special training session. He later admitted to Wei An that he knew Li Ming Cheng didn't like Zhou Shi but wanted to help her try so she would have no regrets. Back home, Zhou Shi saw Ning Fei drawing and commented that his style resembled the famous artist Xun Ran. Ning Fei confirmed he emulated him.
Knowing Ning Fei learned from Wei Qing's father, she asked about Wei Qing's past. Ning Fei shared a memory of his uncle (Wei Qing's father) praising his art for its "passion" while criticizing Wei Qing's technically proficient but passionless work, declaring Ning Fei his true artistic heir. This angered Wei Qing. Ning Fei explained his uncle was just trying to motivate Wei Qing, but he never understood.
He also revealed that the hostility between Wei Qing and his mother stemmed from his father's death, for which his mother blames him. Just then, Bi Qiu Jing returned, looking exactly like Li Ming Cheng's ideal type. Zhou Shi had a sudden realization. The next day, Zhou Shi asked Li Ming Cheng if he liked anyone, and he said no. When asked about Bi Qiu Jing, he called her a formidable "rival" he hoped to surpass, but nothing more.
Reassured, Zhou Shi returned to Wei Qing to resume her training. To make it more realistic, Wei Qing put on glasses to impersonate Li Ming Cheng, making Zhou Shi laugh. Under his guidance, she finally delivered an emotional confession. She spoke of her childhood crush, her efforts to catch up to him, and her exhaustion from the chase. She tearfully asked "Li Ming Cheng" to stop and wait for her.
Deeply moved, Wei Qing pulled her into a hug, telling her to "stop running" and that she was "good enough," before softly saying, "I like you." Overwhelmed, Zhou Shi cried happily. They embraced and leaned in for a kiss, only to be interrupted by Wei An.
