Whirlwind Girl 2 Episode 16 Recap
> Whirlwind Girl 2 Recap
Ting Hao, Ye Chong's old rival and the only one to have defeated him, sought out Ye Chong. Ting Hao initially advised Ye Chong to give up An Yang Song Bai, as it was meaningless to them now that they had established roots elsewhere, but Ye Chong steadfastly refused due to ancestral requirements. Ting Hao then challenged Ye Chong to a fight, with the fate of An Yang Song Bai at stake, promising not to attack for the first minute.
Meanwhile, a female representative from Feng Yun, acting on behalf of Coach Chen Zhou, tried to persuade Chang An to return to Feng Yun. Chang An refused, leading her to threaten An Yang Song Bai. Chang An fought against a strong man she brought, but his old leg injury recurred, forcing him to retreat.
Separately, Coach Chang An later sacrificed himself for An Yang Song Bai, agreeing to Yin Xiu's demands and severely injuring his leg with a stick, returning to an empty dojo with a crippled limb. During the fight between Ting Hao and Ye Chong, Ye Chong was pushed to the edge of a balcony and accidentally fell. Ting Hao managed to grab him but was pulled over himself.
Xiao Ying and Bai Cao rushed to the scene and saw Ting Hao fall from the upper floor. As Ting Hao was being taken to surgery, he held Bai Cao's hand and asked her to be with him if he survived. Under pressure from others and the doctors, Bai Cao reluctantly agreed. After surgery, Ting Hao, upon waking, reminded Bai Cao of her promise. Bai Cao apologized, explaining she only agreed under duress and did not share his feelings.
Ting Hao then proposed they spend three months together, promising to let her go if she still felt nothing. When Bai Cao remained hesitant, Ting Hao, distraught, forcefully pulled out his IV and threatened to discharge himself, compelling Bai Cao to agree to the three-month trial. Ye Chong felt guilty about Ting Hao's injury.
It was then revealed that Ye Chong had been acting under the instruction of Feng Yun, or Yin Xiu, to expel people from An Yang Song Bai. Now, the directive changed: Ye Chong was to expel Chang An instead of the others. The next day, Fei Yu and Ye Chong arrived at An Yang Song Bai to announce a Singapore Trios Tournament, stating that the winners would gain control of An Yang Song Bai.
Ye Chong reiterated the condition that Chang An must be expelled. Chang An volunteered to leave for the sake of An Yang Song Bai, but Bai Cao, Xiao Ying, and the other disciples firmly objected, insisting that they were a family and Chang An was an indispensable member. Bai Cao declared she would win the tournament but would not allow Chang An to leave.
When Ye Chong announced his intention to close the dojo, Fei Yu, stepping forward as the heir of An Yang Song Bai, adamantly refused to let Chang An be expelled, condemning such an act as dishonorable.
