She asked Ouyang Yu if he truly intended to anonymously appoint Zhuo Yifeng as the fund manager, to which Ouyang Yu affirmed, explaining it was what Ouyang Group owed her. Monica questioned the necessity of compensating her with all of Ouyang Group's shares. A month later, Liu Zihui helped Su Nianfeng prepare for the Global Smart Robot Invention Competition awards ceremony, where they were required to dress formally. As they got ready, Nianfeng asked Liu Zihui if she and Lin Di had reconciled, to which Zihui hinted at the "happy day" being Su Muyun's award.
At the ceremony, Su Muyun was called to the stage as the recipient of the Best Design Award. When the host inquired about the inspiration behind his robot, Su Xiao'ai, Muyun revealed it came from "the person I love the most," stating his desire to create an all-around robot for her to ensure they could spend more time together. He shared that the highest form of desire, driving the most advanced technology, is love itself.
Muyun then delivered a heartfelt speech, addressing Su Nianfeng by her birth name, Zhuo Yifeng. He then praised her cooking as the best in the world and declared her amazing and radiant in his heart. He admitted his fear of losing her and reminded her of their promise to be together forever on his seventh birthday. After counting the exact number of days, minutes, and seconds passed since that promise, he expressed his hope for a brand-new, never-ending start. He concluded by declaring his love and proposing, "Will you marry me?"
Su Nianfeng, who was in the audience, was deeply moved. As Le Diyin arrived with flowers, he asked Nianfeng about her well-being, informing her that the upgraded medication had greatly helped him and that Muyun had asked him to keep it a secret to surprise her today. Zihui defiantly called the man "trash." At that moment, Lin Di arrived in a luxury car, introducing himself as Zihui's boyfriend and interrupting her father's tirade.
Liu Dahai accused Zihui of "living off a rich guy," but Lin Di countered that he was the one "living off her," explaining he had pushed himself to become a postgraduate student at Tsinghua University to keep pace with her achievements, such as her popular brand and financial independence. He warned Liu Dahai not to harass her again and promptly whisked Zihui away. In the car, Zihui, impressed by his acting, playfully asked if the luxurious car was borrowed.
Lin Di confirmed it was his, but clarified that it was family property, not a result of his personal efforts. He then expressed his genuine affection for Zihui, admitting his initial attraction was based on her looks but quickly realizing her deeper qualities—her diligence, intelligence, strength, and humor. He wanted her to feel free to be herself with him—to be bossy, to be spoiled, or to cry—because he loved every aspect of her.
Later, Su Muyun returned home to find Su Nianfeng waiting for him, radiant in a beautiful wedding dress. Delighted, he walked to her, and they shared a loving embrace and kiss. They then began packing for their honeymoon. Su Nianfeng playfully teased Muyun for packing their marriage certificate for a trip, but Muyun insisted he wanted the whole world to know she was his legal wife.
She called him childish, but then playfully defended bringing her own "protection charm" from the US, forcing him to choose between her and the charm.
