She announced it was her turn to protect him, playfully clarifying she meant in their current script where she played his older sister. Zhao Muran, amused, accepted her playfully as his "older sister Tianyin" who would "have his back," and offered to treat her to a meal in return. Later, as Zhao Muran and Tianyin returned home with groceries to make noodles, they were surprised to find Zhao Jinxuan and Hua already there.
Hua explained they had come to deliver some things and tidied up Zhao Muran's messy house. Zhao Jinxuan returned Zhao Muran's car keys, instructing him to drive himself to the set instead of relying on company transport to conserve resources. Lin Xiaodi, calling him clingy, indulged his request with kisses on his cheek and forehead, playfully trying to escape when he sought more, to which he simply admitted to being a "jerk."
