Synopsis
Duan Hongshan, a seasoned prosecutor at the city procuratorate, is assigned to handle a case where an abused woman kills her husband in self-defense. He is joined by Fang Lingyuan, a young prosecutor from the provincial procuratorate, who is dispatched to assist in the investigation.
