Sun Hanhan went to see Zeng Cheng. Zeng Cheng said although it was awkward, she still felt they should have a good talk. Sun Hanhan directly said that her boyfriend was her ex-husband, it was just a coincidence and nothing to be awkward about. Zeng Cheng, however, said that she and Zhou Bin had a fake divorce in order to invest in a real estate property, and they would remarry soon.
And Zeng Cheng told her that Zhou Bin definitely told her he had bipolar disorder and that he was a person who valued feelings, and that Sun Hanhan was also a sensible adult woman. As soon as Sun Hanhan heard it was the same as what Zhou Bin said, she asked Zeng Cheng if Zhou Bin told her this. Zeng Cheng said he didn't need to tell her, she could already guess roughly.
Hearing this, Sun Hanhan's eyes were already welling up with tears, but she still sat there calmly. Zeng Cheng said the misunderstanding was cleared and hoped Sun Hanhan could keep her distance from Zhou Bin, and she could let bygones be bygones regarding past events. Sun Hanhan asked her what if Zhou Bin was unwilling to keep his distance from her, and she asked Zeng Cheng why she thought such things were always women seducing men.
Zeng Cheng said she was still young and shouldn't think love could conquer everything. Sun Hanhan then said yes, she was still young, while Zeng Cheng had already lost her youth. Zeng Cheng was about to say something else, but Sun Hanhan said national law protects marital relationships. But it doesn't protect fake marital relationships. She said she had a clear conscience regarding the law and her feelings for Zhou Bin. After saying this, Sun Hanhan left.
Not long after walking out, Sun Hanhan started crying. She took the ferry alone to the old house from before, but saw that people were already clearing things out. Sun Hanhan sat alone on the stairs and cried. Zhou Bin was talking business with Director Xu Par. Zeng Cheng kept calling him, so Director Xu Par told him to answer the phone first. Zeng Cheng told him no matter where he was, he must come home immediately.
Zhou Bin asked her what was wrong and said they could talk when he got back. He said he had finally managed to arrange a meeting with Director Xu Par. Zeng Cheng asked him what was going on with Zhongchenghui. When Zhou Bin heard that this was Sun Hanhan's residence, he quickly went back. When Zhou Bin got home, he started saying irrelevant things. Zeng Cheng asked him if he wasn't going to explain the Zhongchenghui matter to her.
Zhou Bin just said people of her status threw themselves at him. Zeng Cheng said that was different from what she heard. What she heard was that the two of them were in love. Zhou Bin told her not to listen to Sun Hanhan's nonsense. Zeng Cheng told him not to talk about these things vaguely with her. She said anyway, the two of them were already divorced.
Zeng Cheng said that if he hadn't relied on her connections and her family's money back then, how could Zhou Bin have gotten to where he is today? Zhou Bin got angry. He asked Zeng Cheng if she could stop bringing this up all the time. Zeng Cheng was so angry she smashed a cup on the floor. Zhou Bin said she could be angry, but why smash things?
Zeng Cheng said they were already divorced, everything in this house was hers, and she told Zhou Bin to get out. Zhou Bin turned around to find Sun Hanhan, but she also kicked him out. Zhou Bin was driving irritably and encountered a drunk driving check. The police officer asked him to blow, and Zhou Bin impatiently blew once. The traffic police officer asked him to blow again, but Zhou Bin refused, and the cars behind started urging him.
Zhou Bin immediately got out of the car angrily and started arguing with the driver behind him. Zhou Bin was arrested by the police and taken to the police station. The next day, as soon as Zhou Bin got out, he went to find Sun Hanhan. Sun Hanhan and He Zhinan happened to be getting ready to go back together. Sun Hanhan didn't want to pay attention to Zhou Bin. Zhou Bin said he would wait for her downstairs.
Seeing that Zhou Bin was still downstairs, Sun Hanhan couldn't help but bring him a bottle of water. Zhou Bin told her he didn't love Zeng Cheng at all; he only loved Sun Hanhan. Zeng Cheng called him. In front of Sun Hanhan, Zhou Bin said he wasn't going back. Sun Hanhan said if what he said was true, he should go back and sort everything out before coming to find her again.
On the way back, Zhou Bin saw a video sent by Zeng Cheng, showing things smashed all over the house and her cutting the sofa with a knife. He Zhinan went to find Gao Peng. Gao Peng said he wasn't free to pick her up and told her to take a taxi. He Zhinan arrived at Gao Peng's place by herself, opened the door, and saw a lot of people there.
