Synopsis
Liu Yan, a gifted young boxer whose career is ruined after she refuses to throw a match. Around the same time, she receives news of the death of her estranged mother, Jiang Fang, abroad. With mixed emotions—grief, unresolved resentment, and the prospect of inheriting an estate—Liu Yan travels overseas to settle her mother’s affairs, only to discover she’s been left with massive debts and a younger half-brother who now depends on her as his sole guardian.
