Lin Chen continued to impersonate her sister Lin Wan at the hospital when a nurse recognized her from high school, and Lu Xun overheard their conversation. Lin Chen awkwardly greeted her old classmate to defuse the situation. Later, in Lu Xun's car, he reminded her that he hadn't forgotten what she did when they were younger, implying that he was very vengeful.
When they got back, Lin Chen explained that if she didn't impersonate Lin Wan, her sister would be suspended or have to pay a penalty. She asked him to keep her secret and reassured him that it would only be for half a month. Later, Lu Xun saw Lin Chen reading a fan fiction about them where he supposedly pinned "Miss Lin" onto the bed and asked if she wanted a taste of him.
Lin Chen insisted that Meng Jiao had sent it to her and that the story wasn't true. The next day, Lin Chen returned to Jiangbei University to take an exam. She told her director that she needed to see the campus doctor for two hours because she wasn't feeling well. A security guard questioned her attire at the entrance but allowed her to pass after she showed her student ID.
Inside, a classmate asked where she had been recently and mentioned that Lin Wan looked exactly like her, asking if she had a twin sister who is a celebrity. Lin Chen admitted that Lin Wan was her elder sister. After the exam, Lin Chen rushed out of the classroom but was surrounded by classmates eager to know more about her sister and Lu Xun.
They asked if their relationship was real and if they could take a photo with Lin Wan, especially since the filming crew was on campus. Lin Chen made an excuse about needing the restroom to escape. She ran into the restroom to hide. While Lin Wan was away, the crew hurried to finish filming. Lin Chen, still trying to avoid her classmates, suddenly claimed to have an allergic reaction and said that she couldn't continue filming that day.
As she tried to leave, her classmates followed, wanting to go with her to the hospital, but Lin Chen refused. She hid in a restroom, but Liu Yan found her, asking why she was hiding there instead of seeing a doctor. Lin Chen said that she had messed up her makeup. Suddenly, Lin Chen's allergic reaction started to kick in.
Lu Xun arrived, claiming that Lin Wan had asked him to come pick her up because she was having an allergic reaction. He grabbed her purse and took out two tablets but realized there was no water. He then kissed Lin Chen, and when Liu Yan questioned whether she was Lin Wan or Lin Chen, Lu Xun declared that she was his girlfriend Lin Wan.
