That evening, just before midnight, Wei Qing surprised Zhou Shi with a large cake and a birthday song.
He revealed that he had specifically asked Lin Feifei and others not to message her to avoid disrupting her studies, and that he had secretly decorated the room while she was asleep. Touched by his thoughtfulness, Zhou Shi embraced him and thanked him before they made a wish and blew out the candles together.
