Gu Chenyu, disguised as Mobuyu, arrived at the cafe but upon noticing Xie Fei secretly watching from behind a book, he immediately decided to abort the physical meeting. He quickly messaged Xia Xiaoning, stating that an urgent matter prevented him from coming today and suggested they reschedule.
Xie Fei then approached Xia Xiaoning, advising her not to wait for such an untrustworthy person and to simply block him. He offered to teach Mobuyu a lesson and, true to his word, sent a direct, condescending message to Mobuyu, warning him not to be defiant and threatening to hang up if treated rudely again. As Xia Xiaoning and Xie Fei were leaving, Xie Fei offered to take her out for a meal.
Xia Xiaoning declined, stating she needed to practice more. At that moment, Gu Chenyu pulled up his car in front of them, informing Xia Xiaoning there was work and instructed her to get in, despite it being the weekend. He drove her away, leaving Xia Xiaoning wondering when he had become so persistent.

As Xia Xiaoning was the primary liaison, she needed to master the studio's equipment before Mobuyu began his work, and he offered to guide her through the setup. Despite Xie Fei’s protests, Xia Xiaoning, prioritizing the important company matter, apologized to him and rushed off to meet Mobuyu.
Left alone, Xie Fei expressed his frustration to Gu Chenyu, articulating that despite their combined presence, they were less significant to Xia Xiaoning than an unseen online idol like Mobuyu, since she had just chosen Mobuyu over him, and previously, him over Gu Chenyu. Meanwhile, Gu Chenyu watched, a sense of melancholy in his eyes, having seen Xia Xiaoning excitedly buy a new dress specifically for her meeting with Mobuyu. Xia Xiaoning entered the designated recording studio, calling out for "Mo Da," and, receiving no answer, walked further inside.
