Yan Zhiming carries an injured Zhang Baiyang down the mountain, planning his route carefully. Meanwhile, Tang Jiale, initially running off despite Chi Dayong's pleas (and revealing he was secretly training to alleviate pressure on Chi Dayong), resolves his conflict with Chi Dayong, realizing the latter's apologies stem from a desire to reconcile. Zhuo Zhi and Lu Xia's group, with Lu Xia appearing indifferent, eventually converges with the others.

After Yan Zhiming and Zhang Baiyang arrive, the coach tends to Zhang Baiyang's wound. The team begins searching for the "championship secret manual," complaining about the vastness of the mountain. Coach Qiao Na insists they must find it. During their search, Tang Jiale playfully throws dirt at Zhuo Zhi, but in doing so, accidentally uncovers a buried box. Led by Tang Jiale, the team makes a wish before opening it.

Inside, they find not a conventional manual, but personal items, notes from each player, and a photo of Yu Qing's predecessors. Coach Qiao Na explains that these represent the predecessors' unwavering determination, as they were not a strong team but fought hard to become national champions, establishing Yu Qing's tennis legacy. Inspired by their predecessors' spirit, Lu Xia suggests they create their own "winning manual" for future generations.

Everyone contributes cherished personal items into the box along with heartfelt messages, including Lu Xia's favorite drink, Qiao Chen's hamburger (much to Zhang Baiyang's chagrin), and He Xinglong's roasted goose shop coupon, symbolizing his renewed commitment to the team. Back at the Qingniao training ground, He Xinglong calls his father and, realizing his love for Yu Qing, decides to rejoin the team. That evening, Yu Qing and Yufeng players gather for a joint celebration, joined by Anko and Qi Ying.

Qiao Chen immediately gravitates towards Anko, even having a minor squabble with Shen Weiming over a seat next to her. During a game of truth or dare, Shen Weiming asks Anko about an old photo on her phone. Anko shows the picture, revealing a vibrant young man who Qiao Chen immediately recognizes as Xu Ziping, the Yufeng captain.

Surprised by his uncharacteristically cheerful appearance, Anko recounts Xu Ziping's story: once fearless, he accidentally injured an opponent's eye in a match, leading to deep guilt that changed him and burdened him after joining Yufeng. Moved by Xu Ziping's story, Yufeng players express their resolve to win with him, while Mu Siyang ignites the Yu Qing players' fighting spirit, uniting both teams in their pursuit of championship titles.

Later, Anko playfully teases Qi Ying about her feelings for Lu Xia, which Qi Ying shyly denies. Over the next few days, everyone's spirit dramatically improves, and they display remarkable dedication in training. Qiao Chen and Lu Xia observe He Xinglong training intensely at night, unwilling to be a burden.

He Xinglong is even seen secretly practicing his "Wave Ball" in the woods after the party, a behavior that Qiao Chen and Lu Xia later discover when they follow him after he leaves cleanup duty early. On the final day of training camp, Coach Qiao Na concludes with a challenging mountain endurance run, further cementing the team's newfound resilience and determination.
