Yu Zhi quickly brought Gao Jie back to the competition venue, just in time for the final presentations. Gao Hui took the stage to introduce her design, "The Sun." She explained that it used a princess-cut yellow diamond as the main stone, symbolizing the glory of the sun. The design ingeniously expanded like a blooming sunflower, full of vitality, and when folded, resembled a king's crown.

Gao Hui stated that her understanding of the theme "gestation" was that the sun gave birth to everything in the world and was the master of life. Her work's main focus was its bright, dazzling center, which makes the world lose its appeal and depend solely on the sun to survive. Next, Gao Jie was called to present her work. As she slowly walked onto the stage, Yu Zhi watched her from below, filled with pride.

Gao Jie’s piece, "Life," was made up of three parts: head, wings, and tail feathers, which could be worn separately or together. She explained that her understanding of "gestation" was about the warmth and happiness life brings, our connection with others, and finding joy in being loved and needed. She emphasized that only with gratitude to life can a design truly embody life.

Gao Jie revealed that her design inspiration came from her mother, Pan Yue, who gave her life and guided her toward becoming a designer. She recounted how Pan Yue wiped her tears away when she wanted to give up, with loving words like, "Xiao Jie, don't cry. Whoever bullies you, I'll hit them. I love Xiao Jie the most." Gao Jie concluded by addressing her mother, whose design career had ended, saying, "I'm the continuation of your life.

Every design I do originates from you. You are the one that gestates me. Please don't give up, just like how you encouraged me not to." Thunderous applause filled the hall. Backstage, Gao Hui stared intently, reflecting on her efforts, "I've tried my best, but I still lost. Also, it's a complete loss."

Just then, she received a phone call from Yu Yi, who urgently told her that Wu Xiaoci had been in an accident and she needed to come to the hospital quickly. Gao Jie was announced as the champion of the Asia-Pacific Design Competition. Teacher Ling congratulated her, calling her a deserving champion and expressing anticipation for her success in the global competition as a Chinese designer.

Gao Jie thanked her and invited Pan Yue to join her on stage to accept the award. Pan Yue, beaming with pride, told Gao Jie, "Mom's so proud of you. You are my pride." Gao Jie reciprocated, "Mom, you are my biggest pride." Pan Yue then promised to start anew and learn design, marking a new beginning for them both. Mother and daughter, their faces alight with happiness, proudly held the trophy aloft. Gao Hui rushed to the hospital.

Yu Yi explained that Wu Xiaoci had hit her head, was unconscious, and was undergoing rescue. Gao Hui, disbelieving, questioned how her mother got hurt if Yu Yi had promised to bring her safely. Yu Yi stated Wu Xiaoci had stumbled. Gao Hai, filled with anger, confronted Gao Hui, "Mom became like this all for you." Gao Hui retorted that she had already told her mother that she was her own person and not attached to Wu Xiaoci.

Gao Hai silenced her, revealing that Wu Xiaoci had been afraid the plagiarism issue would affect Gao Hui and had done everything possible, even running to prevent Gao Jie from competing, just so Gao Hui could win. He emphasized that while Wu Xiaoci's methods were wrong and she might face legal action, Gao Hui had never truly reflected on her own actions.

Gao Hui was stunned as she recalled her mother's past reassurances of always being her strongest supporter, contrasted with her own complaints about being labeled a plagiarist's daughter. Overcome with regret, Gao Hui tearfully apologized, "Sorry, Mom. I’m wrong. I really know I’m wrong. If I wasn't so bent on it, this wouldn't have happened to you." Gao Jie and Pan Yue decided not to pursue legal action against Wu Xiaoci.

However, due to her head injury, Wu Xiaoci lost her ability to draw design sketches. Six months later, Wu Xiaoci lamented that she could no longer draw a straight line or a proper circle, believing she could never design again. Gao Hui affectionately offered to be her mother's "drawing pencil," demonstrating a deep understanding of Wu Xiaoci's thoughts through their "mother-daughter connection."

Wu Xiaoci reflected on her past mistakes, the plagiarism that harmed Pan Yue and led to her father's death, and her failure in marriage. She realized that if she had admitted her mistakes and apologized earlier, things might not have turned out so badly. Recognizing Gao Hui's lingering feelings for Yu Yi, Wu Xiaoci encouraged her to take the initiative.

She advised Gao Hui that if she couldn't let go of Yu Yi, an apology might bring him back, saving her from the same regrets Wu Xiaoci carried. BLOVE opened its third branch. As Yu Yi entertained the media, explaining the company's philosophy of "one wedding ring, one story" that focuses on clients' voices rather than just selling jewelry, Gao Hui appeared.

She congratulated him on his success and told him she would be going overseas with Wu Xiaoci next week and had come to say goodbye. Yu Yi looked visibly disheartened, asking how long she would be gone. Gao Hui replied that it depended on her mother's condition. She tried to say something more, but Yu Yi's phone rang with a call from his assistant about reporters.

After taking the call, Yu Yi asked what Gao Hui had wanted to say, but she simply smiled and wished him well before leaving. As Yu Yi walked away, Gao Hui suddenly turned back and called out his name. With sincerity, she apologized, admitting her past mistakes and expressing how she had wanted to reconcile countless times but feared rejection. She confessed, "Yu Yi, everything's my fault. I shouldn't have taken your kindness to hurt you over and over again.

When I finally woke up, I realized I had already lost you. Yu Yi, can you forgive me? Can you give us an opportunity to start over again?" Yu Yi, after a moment, asked, "Are you done speaking?" Gao Hui then stated, "If you give me an answer I don't want, then please don't open your mouth and say you're going to reject me." Yu Yi silently took her hand, signaling his forgiveness and their reconciliation.

Yu Zhi's father, Yu Guanghua, took it upon himself to plan Yu Zhi and Gao Jie's wedding. On their wedding day, Yu Zhi, dressed in traditional Chinese wedding attire, came downstairs to join his family and groomsmen, all of whom praised his handsome appearance. Meanwhile, Pan Yue was with Gao Jie, helping her get ready in her beautiful Chinese wedding dress and phoenix coronet.

Pan Yue grew emotional, reminiscing about Gao Jie as a two-year-old baby and marveling at how quickly she was getting married. Gao Jie reassured her mother that she would always be her daughter and stay by her side. Pan Yue then shared that she was going to Europe next month for a traditional jewelry art exchange. Mu Ziyun also arrived, much to Gao Jie's delight, confirming that a previous lawsuit was finally over.

Mu Ziyun presented Gao Jie with a wedding gift, which Pan Yue jokingly referred to as a dowry from Gao Jie's aunt who treated her like her own daughter. Gao Hai then gave Gao Jie a pair of bracelets from him and Pan Yue, explaining they symbolized prosperity and solid love, wishing his daughter happiness and blessings.

Chen Pinzhen, one of the bridesmaids, playfully warned Gao Jie not to make it easy for Yu Zhi to pick her up, having prepared "thirty-six ways to make it difficult for the groom." Yu Zhi and his groomsmen arrived, only to be met by Chen Pinzhen and the bridesmaids, who were ready to challenge them. The first task Chen Pinzhen assigned was 1,000 push-ups, much to the groomsmen's dismay. In the bridal room, Gao Jie was restless.

Mu Ziyun and Pan Yue teased her about her eagerness. Gao Jie defended herself, saying it was a once-in-a-lifetime event, and she wanted to see Yu Zhi's sincerity. However, Chen Pinzhen called Gao Jie to report that Yu Zhi couldn't pass the first challenge and was resorting to a backup plan: climbing up the outer wall to her room. Alarmed, Gao Jie worried he might get hurt.

Moments later, Yu Zhi's head appeared at her window, announcing he was there to pick her up. Gao Jie frantically warned him to get down, but he appeared to fall. Distraught, Gao Jie rushed out of the room to find him, only for Yu Zhi to suddenly appear from behind the door, revealing he had tricked her. Yu Zhi then knelt on one knee and placed the wedding ring on Gao Jie's finger, saying, "Marry me."

Gao Jie, with a mischievous smile, reminded him of Chen Pinzhen's "treasure chest" of challenges and declared he would have to face every single one that night. Yu Zhi chuckled, embracing her, and carried her towards the red carpet, embarking on their happily ever after.
