She reasoned that a newbie like Li Ming Cheng could only access such confidential files if someone had put him up to it, suggesting Wei Qing was involved. She further speculated that Wei Qing might have chosen Li Ming Cheng because he was insignificant, making him less noticeable to the perpetrators and easily discarded if something went wrong.
Hearing this, Zhou Shi wept inconsolably, realizing Li Ming Cheng had been drawn into a dangerous storm.
