Lin Weixu learned that Fu Su had attacked Gu Danmo, and from Gu Danmo's expression, it didn't seem like he was lying. She felt uneasy and walked back home without any spirit. Suddenly, someone blocked her path, and she looked up to see that it was Fu Su. She intentionally ignored him, but Fu Su quickly explained that he didn't attack her senior brother and hadn't hurt him. Then, he suddenly hugged Lin Weixu, but she pushed him away and told him not to appear in her sight before leaving. After Lin Weixu left, Fu Su was lost in thought, looking at her back. Suddenly, someone attacked him. When he woke up, he found himself tied to a pillar. He opened his eyes, still groggy, and saw that it was Gu Danmo standing in front of him. Gu Danmo laughed and asked if Fu Su had thought about the possibility of him being captured one day. But Fu Su warned Gu Danmo that he should be grateful, as Fu Su still didn't want to kill him. After hearing Fu Su's words, Gu Danmo realized that what Fu Su was hesitating about was his mother. When Gu Danmo mentioned his mother's name, Fu Su suddenly grabbed his neck and asked him what had happened to his mother. Gu Danmo coldly told him that Yan Chu was quite strong, but he had cut off her fins, and she still refused to surrender. If Fu Su didn't want Yan Chu to be harmed, he'd better be honest. Fu Su felt deflated and let Gu Danmo continue to torture him. Soon, a dagger cut Fu Su's arm, and drops of blood flowed into a bowl.
