Yan Zhiming brought Tang Jiale a cup of Yan juice. Tang Jiale protested in dissatisfaction, displeased that Yan Zhiming was punishing them in this way. Just as Yan Zhiming was about to argue with Tang Jiale, He Xinglong came directly, snatched Tang Jiale's Yan juice and drank it, because he also hadn't met his training goal. Upon hearing He Xinglong's words, Yan Zhiming immediately wanted to change the plan for He Xinglong.

He knew it wasn't easy for He Xinglong to still be busy with store affairs, but He Xinglong refused. After He Xinglong refused, Yan Zhiming brought another cup of Yan juice to Tang Jiale, completely preventing Tang Jiale from getting away with it, which made Tang Jiale very helpless. Chi Dayong gathered everyone to explain their training results.

Tang Jiale, however, due to Chi Dayong wearing the wrong clothes, showed complete disrespect for Chi Dayong, the interim captain, which made Chi Dayong very angry. Chi Dayong reprimanded Tang Jiale, but Tang Jiale showed no restraint at all. He stepped forward, wanting to help Chi Dayong change his inside-out clothes, unexpectedly, Chi Dayong angrily pushed him away, causing him to fall to the ground.

Chi Dayong saw Tang Jiale fall and wanted to go help him up, but Tang Jiale, angry at how Chi Dayong treated him, ignored Chi Dayong. He Xinglong wanted to ease the conflict between Chi Dayong and Tang Jiale, so he specifically invited them to his home to eat roast goose.

Lu Xia, however, was temporarily called away and didn't have time to go to the restroom, so he could only hold it in and see if he could endure until He Xinglong's shop. On the way, Tang Jiale accidentally bumped into Lu Xia, who was holding his pee, causing Lu Xia to really be unable to hold it in. He had to temporarily run into a tennis club to borrow a restroom.

While Lu Xia was borrowing the restroom, Tang Jiale and his companions saw that it was a tennis club inside, so they wanted to go in and take a look. Unexpectedly, they encountered Feng Zhiyuan and You Shixing, the doubles players from their sworn enemy, Xingyao. Feng Zhiyuan and You Shixing unhappily provoked Tang Jiale. Tang Jiale then angrily challenged them to a match, wanting to show them the strength of the Golden Duo, and was particularly smug about it.

When Chi Dayong started playing, he reminded Tang Jiale not to underestimate the opponent, but Tang Jiale didn't listen. Coupled with the argument, he didn't cooperate with Chi Dayong from the beginning, leading to their service game being broken. Only when Tang Jiale was down 0-2 against Xingyao did he start to get into form and cooperate with Chi Dayong, but his physical strength was already insufficient, making it not easy to win against Xingyao.

Just as Xingyao was playing the last game, preparing to win against the Golden Duo, Ji Jingwu appeared and stopped the match. He penalized Feng Zhiyuan and You Shixing by making them do frog jumps, while Tang Jiale defiantly threw out a tennis ball. Ji Jingwu immediately swung his racket and hit it back, which made Lu Xia really want to play a match against Ji Jingwu.

Ji Jingwu, however, stated that only Mu Siyang was his opponent, and no one else was worthy of playing against him. Tang Jiale unhappily ate at He Xinglong's shop, vowing solemnly that he knew it was his physical strength issue that caused them to lose. Chi Dayong, however, stated that the fault was not Tang Jiale's alone. Tang Jiale then declared that he would definitely compensate for his lack of physical strength.

Chi Dayong was very unhappy to hear Tang Jiale's words. He believed that Tang Jiale always said he knew, but completely failed to realize his mistakes and make improvements. Tang Jiale, on the other hand, thought Chi Dayong was too nagging, so he didn't want to listen to him at all, and the two consequently had another very unpleasant argument.

Zhuo Yu had his tennis training suspended due to poor exam results and could only call Zhuo Zhi to ask him to sign for him. Zhuo Zhi knew that Zhuo Yu's poor grades made him afraid to tell his parents, and that he still wanted to continue practicing tennis. So, he decided not to sign for Zhuo Yu, requiring Zhuo Yu to stop training first and catch up on his studies to improve his grades.

Zhuo Yu didn't understand Zhuo Zhi, believing that Zhuo Zhi didn't understand him or his urgent desire to undergo tennis training, and thus blamed Zhuo Zhi for not signing for him. Yan Zhiming and Chi Dayong announced a new group training plan and also proposed developing a power player, which immediately made Zhang Baiyang and Qiao Chen start vying for it upon hearing.

From the first day of school, Zhang Baiyang and Qiao Chen had always found each other disagreeable, competing over everything they did. Therefore, they had also trained themselves rigorously to compare their physical strength. So, when they were vying, Yan Zhiming agreed to let them both be candidates. After Qiao Chen and Zhang Baiyang became candidates, they began to continuously train their physical strength, abandoning the group training tasks, which left Lu Xia unable to find anyone to train with.

Zhuo Zhi went to find the lazy Tang Jiale, blaming him for always slacking off and not training his physical strength, relying on Chi Dayong to cover for him. However, Tang Jiale was indifferent to this. Zhuo Zhi wanted to persuade Tang Jiale to train, so he questioned Tang Jiale whether he wanted to split up with Chi Dayong, but stated that he would never partner with Tang Jiale.

As soon as Tang Jiale heard Zhuo Zhi's words, he mistakenly thought the team was planning to make them split up. He immediately nervously asked Zhuo Zhi whose idea it was to split up. Zhuo Zhi blamed Tang Jiale for caring about his partnership with Chi Dayong but still refusing to train seriously, forcing Tang Jiale to train properly with him. A box of balls was placed on the court, with "Do not lift" written on it.

Zhang Baiyang and Yan Zhiming looked at it as if facing a formidable enemy; one was eager to lift the box and take a look, while the other was rationally analyzing who had placed the balls there. The two thus remained in a stalemate, not touching the box of balls. After Yan Zhiming analyzed for a long time, Zhang Baiyang finally couldn't resist lifting the box to take a look.

Unexpectedly, as soon as he lifted it, all the balls inside fell out. Qi Ying cautiously walked onto the court only after the balls had scattered, questioning them why they lifted the box when it said "Do not lift."
