Yin Che hoped they could help him find out who this affair partner was, and he would meet them again after the person was found. When Yin Che returned home, he found that Wu Siyuan from the Special Administration Bureau and Li Xiang had also come to buy fragments. Yin Che mentioned his friend's wife's matter again, but Li Xiang spoke first, suspecting that the friend Yin Che referred to was actually Yin Che himself.
Li Xiang placed a tracker on Qi and followed her all the way to a restaurant, where she unexpectedly met Wu Nongyu and Xie Xinxu. The two were about to leave, but Wu Nongyu called out to them. Learning that Wu Nongyu and Xie Xinxu were also investigating the matter, Li Xiang simply volunteered to recommend Lin Juan to help them investigate together. Lin Juan was very enthusiastic towards Wu Nongyu.
Xie Xinxu was so angry he stabbed a dagger into the table. Lin Juan was not afraid, looking at the food on the table, he said that none of Wu Nongyu's favorite foods were there, satirizing Xie Xinxu as an unqualified husband. Wu Nongyu, however, was dissatisfied that yesterday's feelings were not real.
This made Xie Xinxu misunderstand that Wu Nongyu disliked the kiss, and he promised not to kiss her actively if she disliked it in the future. What angered Wu Nongyu was that Xie Xinxu's feelings for her were all reactions under the influence of drugs. When Wu Nongyu was lying bored on the bed, she suddenly saw Qi's account update, asking for flower shop recommendations. Wu Nongyu worried that she wanted to buy flowers for her affair partner.
The next day, Wu Nongyu, Lin Juan, and Xie Xinxu went to a flower shop to follow the flower delivery driver. However, the driver's bag fell to the ground during his ride. As he went to pick it up, a car suddenly came and hit the delivery driver. Xie Xinxu, without hesitation, opened the car door and jumped out, stopping the vehicle with one hand, but his hand was injured as a result.
Wu Nongyu noticed Xie Xinxu getting into the car awkwardly, and quickly told Lin Juan to follow the person delivering the flowers by himself. She got into the car uneasily with Xie Xinxu. Just as she was about to take out the inhibitor, Xie Xinxu couldn't resist wanting to kiss Wu Nongyu. Wu Nongyu reminded Xie Xinxu that he had said he wouldn't actively kiss her.
Xie Xinxu immediately stopped, took out an inhibitor from his bag, and asked Wu Nongyu to inject it for him. At this moment, Lin Juan returned and saw this scene, also finding it strange that since Xie Xinxu was losing control, there was no comforting, but instead, an inhibitor was used. He guessed that the two had not formed a pact at all. Just then, Wu Siyuan called, and Lin Juan told Wu Siyuan his guess.

The purpose of taking those photos and posting them on Moments was to let Yin Che know that she could live very well without him.
Qi recalled that Yin Che was her tutor back then, and perhaps Yin Che was her type, so she irredeemably fell in love with him. Later, Yin Che's family fell ill, and Qi's father promised that if the two married, he would give Yin Che a sum of money for his family's treatment. After they married, they found they were incompatible, with many different living habits. Qi liked cats, but Yin Che was allergic to cats.
Later, Yin Che had a project that required solitude and asked Qi to find a place to live elsewhere. Qi left angrily, but in reality, she hadn't left at all; instead, she posted on Moments saying she was traveling everywhere. Qi's next plan was to get even. Wu Nongyu sent a message to Yin Che, saying his wife had really cheated. Yin Che immediately canceled all his plans to go find Qi, but he was knocked unconscious with a stick.
When he woke up, he was in a room, with three people in black robes sitting in front of him, telling him he was already dead. The degree of his repentance for his actions would determine whether he would be processed as waste.
