Synopsis

Seventeen years later, she happily returns home for her father’s birthday, only to be framed upon arrival—forced to witness her father’s tragic death and accused of being his murderer. With wit and resolve, she overcomes layers of interrogation, clears her name, and uncovers that the true mastermind hides within the palace.
Determined to seek justice, Yan Jiehuan manages to enter the palace, where she meets Prince Jing, who has suffered a similar fate. Together, they pursue the truth, punish the culprits, eliminate traitors, and shake the imperial court. In the end, they compose a bittersweet yet steadfast love song of “Chang’an,” where even on divergent paths, having each other brings joy.
