Zichuan Xiu wanted to find the mastermind behind the intelligence gathering from Spring Wind Garden. If he didn't belong to Yang Minghua, he could be used for Zichuan Xiu's own purposes. If Yang Minghua was the instigator, he must be removed, otherwise their every move would be under Yang Minghua's control. For this, he went to Si Te Lin for discussion and didn't forget to ask Si Te Lin for some extra funds.
