Resumen del episodio 25 de My Sunshine
> Resúmenes de My Sunshine
He Yichen and Zhao Mosheng visited a supermarket. As they browsed the aisles, Mosheng excitedly listed several restaurant-style dishes for Yichen to cook, including Kung Pao chicken, sweet and sour ribs, cheesy shrimp, and sour fish soup. Yichen playfully joked about fattening her up. He then shared that he used to dislike supermarkets because seeing other couples there would remind him of past memories, making him feel angry and jealous that Mosheng was not with him.
Mosheng found his pouting amusing, and Yichen admitted he simply wanted to feel her warmth. They encountered the security guard who had previously found Yichen's lost wallet. Mosheng expressed her gratitude, and Yichen genuinely invited the guard to their upcoming wedding, handing him a card with the details. Back at home, Yichen began preparing the meal. Mosheng was surprised to see his culinary skills, and Yichen explained he had been cooking for his aunt since he was ten years old.
Mosheng expressed a wish that she had met him sooner. As he cooked, Mosheng, observing him closely, offered to cook for him if he taught her. Yichen joked about cutting his finger if she continued to distract him. Mosheng suggested not to make too many dishes, as they wouldn't be able to finish them all.
Yichen thought about packing some for Lu Yuanfeng to help him heal his broken heart, but then decided against it, fearing it might make him feel even worse. Meanwhile, Lu Yuanfeng's friend, Zhao Peng, noticed He Yimei had taken annual leave from work, which he found unusual for someone so career-focused. He suggested to Lu Yuanfeng that Yimei was a good person and it was time for them to get married.
Lu Yuanfeng then confessed that they had broken up, admitting it was his fault. He asked Zhao Peng not to spread the news at the TV station. Zhao Peng, having already suspected as much, commiserated, saying that while Yimei was good in many ways, she was too cold. He felt it was better they broke up, reassuring Lu Yuanfeng that "there's plenty of fish in the sea." Later, at dinner, Mosheng enthusiastically praised Yichen's cooking, especially one particular dish.
She ate until she was full and suggested lying on the couch, but Yichen reminded her it was unhealthy. When she offered to wash the dishes, Yichen told her to pack clothes. Confused, Mosheng asked whose clothes, and Yichen clarified they were his, stating it was time for him to move out of the guest room and back into his own bedroom. Mosheng, blushing, covered her face.
As she helped him pack, she commented on his plain suits, mostly black, and suggested he incorporate more colorful shirts and ties. Yichen agreed to let her manage his wardrobe. Mosheng playfully retorted that she should focus on making herself beautiful, as Yichen was already handsome enough to attract too much attention. Yichen then proposed they celebrate his return to their shared bedroom. The conversation turned serious when Mosheng asked Yichen why her divorce in the U. S.
was considered invalid. Yichen explained that there was no such thing as an "invalid divorce." The decree Ying Hui had given her was a fake, as he never actually submitted the divorce papers to the court. Mosheng was relieved to learn she wasn't a bigamist, and Yichen assured her that because they had not registered their marriage at the embassy, it would not affect their marriage in China.
Despite the reassurance, Mosheng felt uneasy and wondered why Ying Hui had done it. Yichen promised to handle it, revealing he had scheduled a meeting with Ying Hui for the following day. Yichen met Ying Hui, who offered a belated apology for rescheduling their meeting, citing his busy schedule. Yichen dismissed it as a psychological tactic, stating it would not work on him.
From their high vantage point, Ying Hui spoke of the beautiful view and the achievement of building a business empire. Yichen subtly questioned if Ying Hui enjoyed feeling superior or if he was trying to find comfort due to being at a disadvantage. Ying Hui feigned ignorance, and Yichen then revealed his knowledge of the forged divorce decree, warning Ying Hui that forgery was a felony in the U. S. and even a billionaire would face prison time.
Ying Hui, however, remained confident, speculating that Mosheng would never testify against him, as she would not want to hurt him. Yichen expressed his satisfaction at seeing Ying Hui in such a difficult position. Ying Hui then suggested they cease their "meaningless quarrels" and warned Yichen that if his (Yichen's) relationship with Mosheng, the potential witness, were exposed, the case against him would crumble, and he would be seen as a "romantic and loyal man."
Ying Hui concluded that Yichen could do nothing to him. Yichen conceded that he currently couldn't act, but calmly stated he was not worried and that Ying Hui should be. He emphasized that he and Mosheng didn't care about a mere certificate, rendering Ying Hui's insistence on holding onto it meaningless. He suggested Ying Hui keep it as a reminder of Mosheng. At the office, Mosheng found a large bouquet of pink roses on her desk.
Her colleague, Xiaohong, admired them, assuming they were from Lawyer He and praising his romantic side. Mosheng offered a rose to Xiaohong. Mosheng then called Ying Hui, indicating she did not like the roses and wanted to return them. She told him that if he wanted to give her a gift, she wished it would be the divorce decree. Ying Hui asked if Yichen had informed her about the forgery or if he had asked her to testify against him.
Mosheng was puzzled. Ying Hui explained that Yichen had accused him of forgery, a crime that could lead to jail if Mosheng testified. He asked if she would comply. Mosheng remained silent, and Ying Hui interpreted her silence as a sign she wouldn't cooperate, expressing appreciation. Mosheng then questioned why he had taken such actions. Ying Hui reflected that he regretted not taking certain actions earlier, admitting he had "lost his touch in love."
Mosheng firmly reiterated that she had never harbored any romantic feelings for him. Ying Hui responded that "nothing is certain in this world, especially feelings." Mosheng declared her intention to hire an American lawyer to file for divorce, but Ying Hui stated he would not cooperate. Mosheng observed that Ying Hui was "almost unrecognizable," to which he replied, "Maybe this is the real me."
Ying Hui then admitted he had sent the roses to lure her back to him, knowing she would come to set boundaries. He then revealed his "second gift": her father's innocence. He claimed to have been following her father's case for two years, noting many questionable aspects, and asserted he now had the ability to "unfold the case" and was the only one who could clear her father's name. Mosheng thanked him but stated she would look into it herself.
Unbeknownst to Mosheng, Ying Hui mused to himself that Mosheng's mother was also involved in the case, suggesting Mosheng should ask her mother for the truth. Separately, Yichen discussed Ying Hui with a colleague, acknowledging Ying Hui was a "hard case" but assured them not to worry. Yichen and Mosheng drove to his hometown. On the way, Yichen asked if Mosheng could play mahjong, explaining that his aunt loved the game and would be disappointed if Mosheng couldn't participate.
Mosheng, worried she hadn't prepared, then had an idea and began practicing mahjong on her phone. Upon their arrival, Yichen's aunt and uncle warmly welcomed them. Mosheng presented them with small gifts. He Yimei emerged from her room, offered a brief greeting, and announced she was leaving for rehearsal, declining to stay for lunch. Yichen's aunt fussed over Mosheng, expressing her delight and lamenting that Yichen hadn't told her he was married sooner.
Yichen explained it was a sudden decision and asked for their help in planning the wedding, which his aunt eagerly accepted. His aunt also offered to teach Mosheng to cook Yichen's favorite fish dish, which Mosheng happily agreed to learn. Yichen's uncle mentioned they would attend the community show after dinner to watch Yimei host. At the show, relatives complimented Yimei's hosting skills, and another relative congratulated Yichen on his marriage.
While on stage, Yimei spotted Yichen and Mosheng in the audience, which caused her to become distracted. As she descended the stage, she stumbled on her dress. Mosheng rushed forward to help her, but in doing so, she twisted her own ankle. Yichen, along with his aunt and uncle, quickly went to Mosheng's aid. Later, He Yimei brought chicken soup to Mosheng, who was resting with her sprained ankle. Mosheng downplayed her injury, saying Yichen was overreacting.
Mosheng tried to engage Yimei in conversation, but Yimei's demeanor was cold. Yimei challenged Mosheng, asking if she thought she had saved her, and declared she would rather have died than be helped by Mosheng. Yimei accused Mosheng of always "acting innocent" while doing "impressive" things, asking her not to put on an act. Mosheng asked what she had done. Yimei then stated she knew about Mosheng's marriage in the U. S.
and questioned what Mosheng saw in Yichen, implying he was a "backup" and that Mosheng didn't truly love him, thus not deserving him. Mosheng, distressed, clarified that her marriage to Ying Hui was fake, merely a "formality" and "not a real marriage." Yimei was visibly surprised, and Mosheng added that it was complicated. Meanwhile, Xinying arrived at Ying Hui's office, as he had missed their earlier appointment. Ying Hui apologized, stating he had asked Linda to notify her.
Xinying revealed Linda had not, but asked Ying Hui not to blame his assistant, hinting that Linda might not want other women taking his time. Ying Hui dismissed her concerns, calling her "overthinking it," and offered to take her home. Later that evening, as Yichen gently massaged Mosheng's ankle, Mosheng mentioned that Yimei seemed aware of her marriage in America. Yichen confirmed that Yimei had known since their trip to Mauritius. Mosheng asked why Yichen hadn't told her.
He explained there was nothing to tell, and he didn't want people to know or judge Mosheng or talk about her behind her back. Mosheng said she didn't care about others' opinions, but Yichen insisted that he did. Mosheng then remarked that Yimei "seems. . ." Late at night, Yichen found Yimei still awake. Yimei asked if Mosheng was asleep. She then confronted Yichen, asking why he hadn't told her that Mosheng's marriage was fake.
Yichen replied that he had only found out recently himself. Yimei questioned Yichen and Mosheng's actions, to which Yichen responded with the proverb, "Those involved have trouble seeing clearly." Yimei reflected on her past friendship with Mosheng in college, realizing that people's true nature doesn't change, and she shouldn't have believed a stranger's words. She then apologized to Yichen and Mosheng. Yichen told her she didn't need to apologize. When Yimei tried to recall their college days, Yichen simply stated it was "in the past." Yimei agreed, and they bid each other good night.
