> Resúmenes de Affinity
When Max saw Xie Xinxu return, he was overjoyed, thinking it was because of their shared promise and trusting that nothing would happen to him so easily. But Xie Xinxu looked at Max with angry eyes, blaming him for taking action with Wu Nongyu. This remark pierced Max. Max blamed Xie Xinxu for no longer being the same person, having turned into someone blinded by love and long forgotten their promise.
However, Xie Xinxu didn’t even remember there had ever been a promise. Max mentioned that back when he was inside the high walls, he couldn’t endure the intense training and supervision, and he stole a gun intending to commit suicide. But Xie Xinxu stopped him and helped him escape. Once they reached a deserted place, Xie Xinxu warned Max not to follow him. If he wanted to die, there was no one around to stop him.
Then Xie Xinxu left nonchalantly. Max, however, kept striving, hoping to meet Xie Xinxu at his peak. Max wanted to create a world under the control of blades, whereas Xie Xinxu only wanted to break the unfairness surrounding blades, not to create another unequal society. From the start, the two were completely different. Max also realized that Xie Xinxu didn’t need him at all. Losing the meaning of living, he shot himself. Xie Xinxu, holding Wu Nongyu, also fainted.
When Wu Nongyu woke up, Wu Siyuan was sitting beside her, putting a watch on her that monitored her health, and mentioned that he had one as well. Wu Nongyu suddenly asked about Xie Xinxu’s whereabouts. After a moment of thought, Wu Siyuan told her that Xie Xinxu had already removed a bullet and was now resting in another hospital room. Wu Nongyu mysteriously told Wu Siyuan about seeing a dinosaur.
Wu Siyuan’s thoughts briefly returned to the time he had tamed dinosaurs and handed them over to Xie Xinxu, but only for a moment. He then casually handed Wu Nongyu an orange, making up an excuse to brush it off. When Wu Siyuan went to see Li Xiang, he found her injured and personally bandaged her, also reminding her not to undertake missions alone in the future.
Seeing the gentle Wu Siyuan, Li Xiang recalled the earliest days when she didn’t even know how to use a knife and fork to eat steak, and it was Wu Siyuan who taught her. Back then, he had been very gentle with her, and every gesture made her like him. Unknowingly, Li Xiang had fallen in love with Wu Siyuan. Thinking of this, Li Xiang fed the cake in her hand to Wu Siyuan.
Every time she was unhappy, Wu Siyuan would send her cake. Unexpectedly, Wu Siyuan instinctively stepped back and warned Li Xiang not to misunderstand their relationship. Li Xiang lowered her head helplessly. After Wu Nongyu and Xie Xinxu returned, Wu Nongyu tentatively asked about the dragon she had seen. Xie Xinxu directly took her to see the dragon he had raised. Normally, the dragon lived deep in the mountains to avoid being seen as abnormal.
Wu Nongyu, feeling concerned, realized that Xie Xinxu was in the same state she was. Holding his hand, she sincerely said she was happy to be his partner. Recalling the scenes from her dreams, Wu Nongyu guessed that they might all have been real events, including the day Xie Xinxu witnessed his parents’ brutal deaths. She swore that once she found the fragments, she would help Xie Xinxu investigate the true killer of his parents.
