Ai Qing told Tian Xin about the possibility of them going to jail, and Tian Xin became panicked. Ai Qing approached to slap Tian Xin, but her hand stopped in mid-air. Tian Xin started to feel scared, so she took it upon herself to slap her own face. Tian Xin stood up and apologized to Ai Qing, even kneeling down and promising to stay away from Wang Chuanzong. However, Ai Qing stated that Tian Xin would have to pay the price for her actions.
At Tian Xin's pleading, Ai Qing decided to give her another chance, but on the condition that Tian Xin repaid every penny that Wang Chuanzong had spent on her. Wang Chuanzong accompanied Ai Qing to the hospital for a check-up, and Ai Qing happened to encounter the father of the little girl she had seen that day. When Wang Chuanzong entered the boss's office, he suddenly became submissive and obsequious. The boss showed him some ambiguous photos of Wang Chuanzong with internet celebrities. Wang Chuanzong argued that it wasn't him since his face wasn't shown in the photos. The boss knew that Wang Chuanzong took advantage of his position to have affairs with women, and besides, he was a married man.
Wang Chuanzong quickly apologized to the boss. The boss showed him some scandalous videos, which made him furious and even tried to attack Wang Chuanzong. Wang Chuanzong hastily tried to hide, but ended up falling over. The boss announced that Wang Chuanzong was suspended, causing his colleagues to laugh even louder.
