Zhong Qingcheng went for the audition, found the other party was very informal, so she left. However, after entering the elevator, another new director called, wanting to audition Zhong Qingcheng. In order to make a good impression on the director, Zhong Qingcheng specifically put on makeup inside the elevator. Just then, the elevator door happened to open and was seen by others. Looking at their eyes, Zhong Qingcheng knew these people might have misunderstood, but she also left completely indifferently.

Luo Man watched a movie with Wu Hao and saw Zhou Musun with a beautiful lady. Although she pretended to be unconcerned on the surface, Luo Man was still somewhat concerned inside. After the movie ended, some people from the film and television industry strongly invited Luo Man to a gathering, but Zhou Musun suddenly appeared. Luo Man refused the gathering and started chatting with Zhou Musun instead. While Luo Man was chatting with Zhou Musun, Chen Kaixi called.

Chen Kaixi was playing outside with her child when suddenly something happened to the child. Zhou Musun also took advantage of Luo Man answering the phone and left with the beautiful lady. Luo Man rushed to the hospital. While making a call and looking for Chen Kaixi's location, she accidentally bumped into a doctor carrying medicine. Luo Man met with Chen Kaixi and learned that Chen Mian's brilliant cousin, Fang Chi, worked as a doctor at this hospital. When Luo Man turned around to look, she suddenly realized it was the doctor she had just bumped into. Chen Kaixi introduced Luo Man and Fang Chi.

Not knowing what had happened between the two before, both Luo Man and Fang Chi spoke sarcastically, which confused Chen Kaixi. In order to prevent Chen Kaixi from being blamed, Luo Man wanted Chen Kaixi to deliberately tell a lie. However, the entire process was seen by the child's English tutor. Lying wouldn't work, so Luo Man suggested Chen Kaixi explain it to the English tutor to help cover it up, but the English tutor was not trustworthy.

Chen Kaixi suspected Chen Mian was having an affair with the tutor. However, Luo Man had also bribed Chen Mian's assistant and learned Chen Mian's schedule. Knowing it would still take some time for Chen Mian to get home, Luo Man decided to help Chen Kaixi cover it up, so she helped Chen Kaixi begin analyzing the tutors.

Luo Man wanted to determine if the English tutor had the affair with Chen Mian before entering the household or after, because there was a huge difference between the two. If the two had the affair before coming in, it proved the tutor was specially arranged by Chen Mian to come in, and her words would carry a lot of weight.

After analysis, Luo Man suggested Chen Kaixi call Chen Mian first, telling him about the child's injury, and then arranging various matters to push all the blame onto the English tutor. At first, Chen Kaixi was still hesitant, not wanting to involve the child, but thinking that if she divorced because of this and the child was taken by another woman, Chen Kaixi still decided to proceed according to Luo Man's method.

After Chen Mian rushed home, he hurried to visit his injured son. Chen Kaixi did not tell the child according to Luo Man's method. She also voluntarily admitted her mistake to Chen Mian, saying that she was too careless while replying to messages, causing the child to get injured after leaving her sight. While visiting the child, Chen Mian specifically asked the child if he liked the English tutor, Sister Amy.

When he came out, Chen Kaixi thought she would be blamed by Chen Mian, her face full of apology, but the result was Chen Mian showed no blame at all and instead comforted Chen Kaixi. However, Chen Mian did not stay at home for long, found an excuse and left again, and at this time, Chen Kaixi also did not deliberately try to keep Chen Mian from leaving.

Chen Kaixi and Luo Man chatted while drinking alcohol and were full of doubt about their current lives because they didn't know how many other women were interested in Chen Mian, and also felt that the two of them were slowly becoming enemies. That night, Luo Man stayed over at Chen Kaixi's house to sleep, and the two of them seemed to have returned to their student days.
