He recounted that the feeling may have started when she first stood up for him or when he noticed how meticulously she organized his scripts, a feeling he had never experienced despite his acting career. He confirmed he was the one who pursued her, dismissing rumors that she had ulterior motives.
You Xi asserted that while he was accustomed to criticism, he could not tolerate any harm coming to Yuchi Yao Yao, whom he described as kind and innocent. He then challenged the person who leaked the photo, stating that he was taking full responsibility for announcing their relationship.
Acknowledging the distress caused to his fans, You Xi sincerely apologized and offered a ten-fold refund for any merchandise to those who wished to withdraw their support, directing them to a contact number on screen. Infuriated by You Xi's unilateral actions, Mr. Zhang berated Zhu Da Zhuang for his mismanagement and convened an emergency PR meeting, vowing no one would rest until a solution was found.

Zhu Da Zhuang passionately recounted his arduous journey—hair messed up from a tractor ride, shirt pecked by chickens, and shoes lost in a cornfield. He pleaded with You Xi to return to Jiangzhou and resolve the crisis, but You Xi remained unfazed, declaring he was content and had no intention of returning. Just then, Yuchi Yao Yao re-entered, surprised to see Zhu Da Zhuang.
